This place is disgusting. The room had dead cockroaches on the floor. There was no restaurant at the property as advertised. The room had a terrible smell. They didn’t refund our money even though they said they would. Especially since we were there for 5 minutes, showed them the cockroaches and after we told them we couldn’t stay there they said they would return the money. They had many empty rooms . We are seasoned travelers and understand what a 3 star hotel is. I know sometimes the bed isn’t as comfy as you’d like or the shower leaks. But we selected it because ********** (*******) reviews said it had a restaurant and was a good place to stay. Horrible horrible horrible!!! I won’t book through ********* ever again. I used to trust them but never more will I be tricked. Completely false advertising.
