The hotel doesn’t have a front desk, make sure you book in advance and contact them through the app to get your access keys codes. Their registered phone number on trip doesn’t work and they will send you a message that the number is compromised. The hotel name isn’t reflected on the building name, follow their picture to locate it. The facility is decently maintained, we didn’t see traces of humidity such as fungus or paint peeling. The toilet sink needs to be unclogged. Towels, Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, toilet paper are provided, but no other toiletries. Kitchen has basic utensils, no microwave. The place is warm with direct sunlight. It has two AC with hot air that work well. It has a nice balcony area. Not much noise from the road at night, at least it didn’t disturb me personally. There is a screen person who reminds everyone to close the door at the main entrance. I didn’t meet the staff in person but exchange communication trough the app and email provided by them for registration and others. I would stay again.

Честно говоря , мы не стали доживать в этом отеле , в 1. Вам потом скажут платить 25$ за уборку . Которую по факту никто не делает , если ты не скажешь , об уборке надо говорить за сутки и до 3 часов дня . Очень шумно , сильная слышимость , если ветер на улице то спать не возможно из-за шума . Не рекомендую отель . Очень было не удобно и не комфортно в этом отеле.

Good facilities, difficult communication. The facilities and structure here are not bad. The best thing about this hotel is that the facilities are spacious and good for the price. However, there is a big drawback. Communication with the owner. There is no check-in desk here, WhatsApp is the only way to communicate. However, they are very slow to respond to requests. They asked the guests to check the facilities in the room t ourselves several times. And the location is inconvenient in terms of convenience. It is far from tourist locations, and most of the surrounding facilities are in residential areas, so there are limited facilities that can be accessed on foot.

Muy buena ubiqci La ubicación es perfecta para moverse en la ciudad. Tiene lo estrictamente necesario y es cómodo. El sillón no era nada cómodo para dos, solo para uno y no estaba muy limpio el tapizado. El resto muy bien y muy cómodo. Técnicamente no es Palermo pero está cerca

Mal. Me dejaron plantada afuera del alojamiento y nadie me atendió el teléfono. Tuve q irme a un hotel a las 19 hs. Llame más de 20 veces y nadie contestó siquiera el teléfono. Quiero q me compensen al menos con una noche bonificada, ya que pagué y no pude entrar al alojamiento.
