布宜諾斯艾利斯帕拉迪奧酒店-美憬閣系列

非常友好的工作人員，他們總是歡迎我作為客人。

我在帕拉迪奧酒店住了三晚，這家酒店在Trip.com的豪華酒店排名中位列前五名。 第一晚：淋浴水壓很低，我請前台修理。修好後，水溫又無法正常調整。我再次請前台修理，這次花了將近30分鐘。當時已經很晚了，我第二天還要早起。最後，水壓雖然沒有完全修好，但我實在太累了，懶得再去催，只好用過熱的水洗澡。 第二晚：他們終於修好了淋浴，但是浴缸邊緣有一大塊灰色的灰塵；沒戴眼鏡的話，我第一眼還以為是隻死老鼠。 （見圖） 第三晚，他們忘了放浴室佈局圖，我懶得問。 空調噪音很大，我必須關掉才能睡覺。 早餐一般。 員工很友好，但遺憾的是，我在房間裡遇到了太多不愉快的事情。 飯店位置不錯。

我花了很長時間挑選五星級飯店，確保價格不要太貴，而且要有陽台！我很幸運，找到了一個陽台，非常大，像個露台，還能欣賞到公園的美景（我在13樓）。房間很乾淨，但是沒有牙刷和牙膏。工作人員不太熱情，也許是因為我時差的關係吧。

I stayed here for 6 nights and 3 nights in the Palasio Duhau Park Hyatt and I think this hotel is better than the Palasio Duhau. The service was top-notch. The staff from the front desk to bellboy and restaurant staff, all are eager to help, friendly and professional. They have a great breakfast buffet and a cute bar that offers great drinks. The only problem i will say is the bathroom facilities: the shower doesn't seem to work very well. During my stay (4 different rooms) i have had a few times the shower didn't work (no water, no hot water etc.). The toilet couldn't flush well and the water came out. I think there's a fundamental drainage problem. But the handyman did come very quickly to fix it. We ordered room service several times and they are great! I will for sure recommend this place if you come to Buenos Aires.

O nosso apartamento estava com um chuveiro muito ruim. A água não estava saindo bem, tampouco a torneira.
