Hotel exelente ,apesar de chegarmos bem cedo nos deram a suite ,ficamos muito contentes. Depois tivemos upgrade ,suite com vista ,andar alto ,cafe da manhã muito bom ,jardim muito lindo Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos.Localização perfeita.Voltaremos!

Chambre très confortable, spacieuse et lumineuse, dans un quartier, idéalement situé. Le seul point négatif, c’est que la vue des chambres n’est vraiment pas terrible. Le petit déjeuner est compris est bien. Le personnel tente toujours de répondre aux différents besoins

Realmente fui surpreendida pela atenção e competência de toda equipe do Hotel Muito prestativos e solícitos . Sempre prontos a ajudar e solucionar qualquer problema . Especial agradecimento ao Sr Valentin, por sua ajuda no check in . Ótimo quarto , otima localização Parabéns a todos !

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to many tourist spots, and shopping mall, bat and restaurants. The only downside is you can hear loud music on Sat evening from the bars. The receptionists (both Cameila and Lucia) are so helpful, especially Lucia, she helped me to arranged all the complex transfers in between the airport and the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. Truly enjoyed the atrium ambiance for breakfast and the pool. Junior Suite was clean comfortable and had all we needed. Area around the hotel was good as well. Lots of restaurants, shopping mall and the cemetary occupants were very quiet :D. Spa could be utilized and promoted more, perhaps some soft music playing, a bit more spa like ambiance etc. The massage was wonderful!!!

The hotel is lovely and very clean. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the service is top-tier. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied. The hotel is with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. There's only one downside: the Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring in the rooms means there's a lot of noise from the room above you. Scraping of chairs, walking in hard-soled shoes... The noise woke us up several times. Ask for a room on the 12th floor to avoid it.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização. O pessoal de atendimento é muito gentil e prestativo. O apartamento Studio Executivo é ótimo, tudo muito limpo e prático. O quarto menor tb é muito bom. O café da manhã é bastante muito bom e sortido. Gostamos muito.

En general bien. Lo que me llama la atención es como a partir de la pandemia han reducido los servicios y amenidades. Este es un hotel que conocemos y visitamos desde hace 10 años.escudándose del COVID ya no hay casi nada en la habitación. Desde vajilla,papelería. Artículos del baño.
