ARC雷科萊塔精品酒店及Spa

這家旅館非常棒，地理位置優越，方便我們遊覽布宜諾斯艾利斯的各個景點。員工熱情周到，早餐也超乎預期。我們預訂了按摩服務，並在遊覽了一整天後享受了水療中心的按摩浴缸。飯店附近有很多不錯的餐廳和商店，前往雷科萊塔公墓、城市觀光巴士站以及廣場上的周日工藝品市場都非常方便。

Arc Recoleta飯店的員工服務一流，隨時都能提供協助。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。房間寬敞舒適（只有淋浴，沒有浴缸，不過沒關係！），而且房價非常實惠。我們非常喜歡這裡！

We stayed 5 nights here. - Room is large and clean - Toiletries are basic - Breakfast is adequate though boring after 3 days because the menu doesnt change - We loved the big balcony (I dried lots of laundry there 😆 ) Arc isnt at the center of busy Recoleta but there are fruit stores, convenience shops and cafeterias and 3 delicious 🔝 rated restos in the vicinity. And we walked from here to everywhere. We walked to the cemetery, the museums and all the way to Palermo Soho, we walked half of Santa Fe, we are a short few stops by Subte to San Telmo, Plaza Mayo etc. Saturdays, the fair next to the cemetery is super big and very fun/relaxing to explore. We loved the Recoleta Mall … its a really nice district to base at No homeless, safe, gentrified district. My photos are all the scenes just around Arc within a 15 min radius

check-in it was a smooth process. The room was large and as advertised. The amenities were great and not busy. The cleaning staff were phenomenal too! Always went above n beyond. Cleaning staff Sindy was super helpful and a delight to chat with. Location was perfect… close to many things, convenience stores, restaurants, and one of the best money exchange places that didn’t have lines and gave a very very good rate. Would stay here again for sure!

La chambre est de bonne dimension même si sa configuration est hors norme. La literie est de qualité et la ventilation et climatisation très bien aussi. Bonne insonorisation aussi. Le petit-déjeuner buffet offre une bonne variété mais les œufs brouillés cuits à l’huile d’olive ont un goût étrange (ce qui fut le cas plusieurs matins). La salle de bain pose problème: elle est de taille minuscule, si vous faites de l’embonpoint vous aurez du mal à vous retourner dans la douche et de trouver une position confortable sur la toilette. Aussi, la douche qui n’a qu’un robinet de type pluie et pas de douche-téléphone ne convient pas non plus. Côté environnemental, cet hôtel en est encore aux mini-flacons plastique pour les savons au lieu des format rechargeables. Même chose au petit-déjeuner pour les dosettes de beurre et de confitures dans le plastique. Bien dommage que cette pratique soit toujours en vogue en 2025! Le personnel à la réception et en général est serviable et attentionné.
