Location The hotel is in the newer part of the city (Puerto Madero) but convenient in terms of location to most of the neighborhoods you might also want to see like Recoleta, San Telmo, Palermo, Retiro, Belgrano, and La Boca. There's a super market, $ exchange, and restaurants/bars on the block. It's a short walk to Casa Rosada and Plaza de Mayo (~.6 miles). What is considered ”walkable” is up to you, so I recommend plugging into google maps to get a better idea. Uber is great option and usually pick you up in less than 5 min. Taxis are also out front. Rooms The room was nice. We had a great view facing the city and the Puente de la Mujer bridge. No issues on anything room related. We weren't there much though. Customer Service The staff was great. The downstairs bar has great drinks and service was quick. Talking to the bartenders was actually a highlight of our trip. Manuel was really awesome and easy to talk with and the entire staff was friendly. I recommend trying some of their personality based drinks. I usually stick to beer/wine but decided to try it out and it was really good. Food We didn't eat at the hotel much so can't give food review but majority of our group seemed to enjoy it. There's also a lot of options within 5 min walk of hotel.
