Der Service, das Personal an der Rezeption, Frühstück und Abendessen war alles perfekt! Innenpool recht klein, Aussenpool nicht beheizt, Ausstattung des Zimmers leider nicht gut, Neues Thermostat beim Heizkörper reagierte nicht, daher war das Zimmer nicht beheizbar, Wir hatten eine *Standard Suite mit Balkon*, jedoch war die Ausstattung nicht mal 3 Sterne wert! Der Wasserkocher war nicht zu gebrauchen, weil verdreckt und halb abgebrannt, keine Duschwand bei der kleinen Badewanne und der Allgemeinzustand war leider sehr schlimm! Und.....modernes Heizungsthermostat hat nicht funktioniert!

Hotel entspricht im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung auf den Buchungsportalen. Für Kurzurlaub empfehlenswert. Sehr erholsamer und entspannender Aufenthalt. Trotz kleineren allgemeinen Mängel, die es aber überall gibt, entsprach das Hotel unseren Erwartungen.

Charmantes etwas älteres Hotel im ungarischen Stil. Gutes Essen, Zimmer war sauber, Hoteltherme zu klein, zu laut, nicht wirklich was für uns… wir sind dann in die nahe gelegene Therme Bükfürdo gefahren, die wir schon oft besucht haben. Trotzdem gefällt es uns hier :)

Disgusting, unsightly environment. They do superficial cleaning, the building is run down. We intentionally booked into the renovated “newer” section, we informed them in a separate email that we had higher demands (read: CLEANLINESS), instead we got a dirty, cobwebbed, limescale room. Since we arrived with children and friends, there was no option to leave the hotel immediately, whose children would understand. We asked for cleaning on the second day, and besides our bed being made, we didn’t even get a vacuuming. (I wish that was the problem)

Room was old and bad quality (photos attached). In the bath tube drains were blocked, water didnt go down, it was disgusting. Terrace door was broken. Wellness center is small, and nit nice at all. All sauna windows were dirty. Minibar was almost empty: 2 mineral water was in it. Overall bad experience, would not recommend itto anyone.

This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. We had the best sauna séance ever and the masseurs were great and professional too. The spa area is just perfect. It is really cool that you have an opportunity to play bowling as well. The service was exceptional in terms of my dairy free diet, I was able to choose from different choices every day and the staff brought me dairy free cakes every day. I can only recommend this place for a stress-free get away. Points that can be improved: - it would be great if there was a pool table as well in the hotel or a game room - during the check-in procedure, the staff could highlight the animation opportunities and if any of them will be cancelled - the furniture in the sauna area and salt room are not the most comfortable ones - the furniture in the room, especially in the bathroom is quite worn out - the restaurant staff could be nicer in the morning and evening service and smile more often - the breakfast menu could have wider choices (fruit salad, varied pastries, ect) Thank you for everything.
