房間寬敞，前台服務人員態度友好。衹是序間窗户隔音不好，無法消除道路上車輛駛過噪音。

The environment is good

Nice and quiet hotel. Close to town. Clean and has a very good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast with a reasonable price. Nkue and Jane are extremely helpful and friendly. The N1 hotel is in town and walkable distance to the old town. Nkue is helpful and friendly . He will help you navigate your way around.

I always refer to Tripadvisor to read reviews on an establishment before my arrival. I was booked in this hotel by a client and he picked up the bill. I knew they will not book me into the top hotel in the city. The N1 surprised me in a good way. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is really helpfull and friendly! Yes if I book again I will for sure make some changes. There is a lot of noise coming from the street and I would choose a room further from the street. Also the amount of light from outside in the room is a bit much. Compliments on the breakfast! Delicious, tasty and well presented.

Very clean and spacious. The atmosphere is exactly as it looks in the images provided on website. The only problem was noise from the busy street. Otherwise I have no complaints. It is an affordable and safe option when you need to spend a few nights in Bulawayo.
