What a gem in Bundanoon this accommodation is. The guest house has a warm and friendly a**osphere. Lucie and Tim are great hosts and are happy to assist with tourist options and local knowledge and are interested in what all the guests are doing. The guest lounge was well stocked with homemade biscuits, scones and jam and comfortable chairs; a great place for guests to meet and chat. The breakfast was tasty and more than sufficient, including a home cooked frittata. The whole place feels homely and very comfortable. We felt very well looked after during our stay.

My husband and I had a very rare free weekend with just ourselves so we took a drive to Bundanoon and checked in at the Bundanoon Guest House. Highly recommend this place. Tim and Lucie are a very welcoming couple and everything is so nice and clean and well planned and thoughtout. The whole guesthouse is set out beautifully. Lovely rooms to sit in around the property and a very nice afternoon tea of scones is laid out. The included continental breakfast served in the dining room is also very good. The candles burning around the property are amazing and they are for sale. We topped off our stay with dinner at the Italian Restaurant 'Bottega B' just a 10 minute walk down the road. Amazing. Thanks Tim and Lucie, we'll be back with the family :)

Anniversary week away . Started off Friday afternoon to this beautiful place ,first time in Bundanoon but definitely not the last . From the moment we where greeted by Tim then Lucy the choice I made to stay there was 100% correct. We where shown all the facilities then to our beautiful room number 14 . Very comfortable a lovely spa which we enjoyed a few times, homemade biscuits to enjoy with a cuppa in your room or in the lovely sitting room . Games room was great enjoyed a game of pool with a drink from the bar. We also had a beautiful afternoon tea with scones. I have left the best comment to last the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Tim and Lucy are not only very friendly but extremely professional, we would recommend this guest house . Now to Batemans Bay

We had a very welcoming stay at the Bundanoon Guesthouse. Cosy warm room, homemade scones and cookies in the guest lounge. Lucie and Tim were wonderful hosts.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was very relaxing with lots of comfortable communal spaces and delicious baked treats.

Excellent accommodation. Very friendly owners and staff.A wonderful piece of a bygone era. Very peaceful and quiet. Absolutely loved the experience.

Fantastic guest house to stay in. Everything was wonderful. This is the first time I have stayed in a guest house, the room was very clean and comfy, I was surprised at the comfort of the bed and pillows, en-suite was very clean and a large size. The included breakfast was yummo, the home itself was beautiful, the style of home and furnishings I adore. They have a great selection of relaxing rooms to lounge around in. And last but not least is Lucie and Tim, you will not find nicer and accommodating hosts. I will definitely stay here when in the area again. The scones and mandarins went down a treat.

It's just across the road from a railway line but I didn't hear a train the whole time I was there.
