Nice area and nice front desk but filled with cockroaches you can see them all night throughout the whole room

一切都很好，除了它沒有機場接送服務，這就是我預訂這家酒店的原因。因為它離機場很近，你會認為它至少需要一兩次到機場。

Es el peor hotel que he llegado, teniamos dos habitaciones, una con olor a humedad tremendo, la alfombra mojada. No habia toallas en ninguna cuarto, ni shampoo. Pediamos los utensilios para la cocineta y nunca los llevaron. El elevador descompuesto y nos toco en el 4 piso. El trato del personal inadecuado. Y las instalaciones muy sucias

Could be cleaner but for the price the location is great. Walking distance from food and shopping. Highlight of the trip was being greeted by Jennifer at the front desk. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area and answered answered all the questions I threw at her. Even recommended great dining options. She had an amazing energy when I checked in and even when I checked out. She has great enthusiasm for her work and the pride she puts into her job is commendable. I don’t leave reviews often but she was worth taking this time to make my comments. I would exclusively stay at all Extended stay hotels if she was the standard of how employees are trained. Amazing experience thanks to Jennifer!

The carpet was very dirty. There was no ironing board but there was an iron. There were no bath towels we had to ask and pick them up at the front desk. The sheets were ery worn and the pillows were hard/worn out. There was no hair dryer in the room had to request one and pick up at the front desk. The heater unit was extremely loud. There was no housekeeping provided daily. We would not stay there again.

The property was ok. Grab and Go breakfast dissapointed. Property had run out of silverware for suites with kitchens

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in. We stayed only a few hours, once the roaches appeared we checked out.

This was an awefuk stay. First they did not have my booked room clean or available. I waited 45 minutes for them to provide me not one dirty room, but to both rooms. No towels, dirty, n9 soaps and i was just too tired to complain to a manager thay was notvthere and was aware of the issues before he left. Do not stay at this hotel it was dirty and I eben had to sleep with my clothes on so I didnt touch the sheets or bed.
