Vivimos una noche fatal por que sobre las 12 de la noche sonó la alarma de incendios y la verdad nunca vimos un funcionario del hotel y estaba la evacuación desordenada anexo fueron casi 2 horas tratando de volver a coger sueño

Más bien este hotel se maneja para renta de semana o meses, la recepción tiene horario para atenderte no es 24 HRS, huele a ********* por la gente que ahí renta. Si solo estuvimos dos noches fue todo muy tranquilo, no tuvimos limpieza al cuarto, está cerca del transporte público y de muchos lugares para comer y compras .

The room was dirty, the elevator and even the corridor smelled like cigarettes. The room had a queen bed that looked like a full size that we weren't going to fit into. So we kindly asked to cancel the reservation explaining the situation and they refused to refund the money we had paid. So we lost the money for the stay.

Smoky smelling lobby and hallways. Long term noisy families occupied property. Late night and very early morning noises from toddlers and yelling from their parents. Fire alarm went off in the morning for no particular reason and had to go thru the evacuation process for no reason. No receptionist available for late night checking.

My first morning someone was shot in the parking lot (right outside my window) while my husband and 11 year old son were at the hotel.
