I have never been treated like this in a hotel check out is at 11:00 a.m. but they come and knock on the door at 10:00 a.m. and knock on the door as if they were breaking it, my children were scared, I woke up and after a few minutes I went to the office to pay but I paid 10 dollars extra as if I paid for the room too late, the rooms are not luxurious, it's a total mess and a disaster smells bad 🤮

Worst ever. Pet friendly. Homeless woman in lobby hit me up for a dollar. Had to leave 20 cash as security for non smoking. In am clerk refused to return 20 until she inspected room which she wouldn’t do for another two hours. What a scam!! Drive another exit

JAN.4,2022: Checked out next day sick and forgot my $20 cash refundable deposit tuesday morning. I called friday evening and was told by the young lady who works evening I could pick my money up. I went Saturday and the manger said I could not get my money back.
