多倫多伯林頓希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Burlington)

Couldn’t find a smile on one employee there esp the night person her checked me in, mid day staff or AM staff , for all 5 days i stayed . Elevators messy everyday day. Towels awful. Beds okay, pillows excellent. TV older and not up to a Hilton standard. I rate this the worst garden inn I stay at. Be prepared for road noise it feels like you are in the centre of the QEW highway 24/7!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t stay here again for free. Food was fine and seems kitchen staff care. I don’t think anyone else there does.

I was disappointed that I was unbale to use the secondary exterior entrances during my stay. I approached reception 3 days in a row about this issue. When I first registered i was told i could park near a secondary entrance and have access with my key card. This was not the case. I had to carry all my stuff around the entire hotel and come in the front/main entrance immediately. The girl at the desk gave me a new card and said it would be fixed. The next day I had the exact same problem leaving me to walk all the way around the property again. This time a different front desk girl told me it should work. It did not. I was travelling for work and had alot of equipment that needed to be brought in every night.

The tub was pretty good. However, the jets weren't working, so it was only a regular tub, which didn't bother me. Still, it was big enough for the two of us - both 6 feet tall and 350 pounds between us - to fit. The caulking could be redone, though. There was nearly an inch gap, as if the weight of the tub had pushed it down. I didn't notice a safe in the room. Two bottles of water in the fridge, $2 each. No complimentary breakfast and the only place open that I saw within a 15 minute walk was a Denny's on Sunday morning at 9. The room was not nearly as big as the pictures indicated. From pillow to TV was maybe 11 feet, but if you look at the pictures for the king bed with tub, you would think it's 18 feet away. At the front desk she told me they usually take a $200 deposit!!! She offered to reduce it to $100. They say they require a credit card but I paid with a debit card with no problem. The curtains were really annoying. One covers the whole window, but it's white and thin, very translucent. Doesn't block the light in the slightest (and there's a very bright light right outside the window!). Then there are decorative thick curtains that don't close. This should definitely be redone. Still, it was a great night, not a bad experience, a good price, acceptable location, and I wouldn't mind going back.

Hotel and room was great however pool was cold and buffet breakfast should be included or at least discounted it special deal when you’re paying a lot of money for a 3 night stay!

All in all always a great stay when we stay here. Pool could have been a little warmer. Found it very chilly

Very nice hotel, great restaurant and SOME proactive employees. However, the hallways were freezing cold and there was a mixup with my room, my key, maid service and a not very kind employee dealing with the room cleaning problem. The bar and breakfast area has incredibly nice and helpful people.

Aside from the temperature of the place being quite chilly even when we had the heater turned on fully, the place was quite nice!
