Stayed here many times. Very nice very clean convenient location, recommend to all.

Clean rooms and good staff

很棒的服務，為我的小孩子要了一張嬰兒床，還買了一個帶新床單的嬰兒圍欄。

這是一次很棒的住宿，工作人員很好，一切都很順利。

Accueil très chaleureux par la dame de l’accueil ainsi que la serveuse du restaurant Peu de choix sur la carte du restaurant mais très très bon Chambre très fonctionnelle et spacieuse Literie très agréable Grande salle de bain très belle et propre Seul mini bémol,nous avions la chambre en face de la machine à glaçons qui fait du bruit

Upon looking at booking this property there were two options shown. One was a king bed with the tv to the left of the bed and one was a king bed facing the tv head on. We spent the extra money to face the tv head on as we had a long day of travelling and thought this was best for unwinding. We got to the room to find that we were in the cheaper of the two, even though we paid for the more expensive one. Ants were later noted in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk did go above and beyond however, as we had ordered in through a delivery service and our drinks were forgotten. The lady went out of her way to find two cans of what we had ordered and offered it to us at no charge. This lady truly made the visit. Warning would be to make sure you get what you paid for!

The room rate is extremely of great value. Staff are courteous, friendly, helpful and accommodating. My thumbs up to this hotel facility

Modern rooms, nice feel to the hotel. Convenient location off 403 easy to find. Would definitely stay again.

Property was good. Difficult access. My own experience was good (prepaid, online checkin).however, family members who had booked lost their room and had to rely on another hotel chain. Met with indifference and zero help even though they had reserved at the same time. Not cool. Not reliable. Will not be booking with this chain again until they show that they honor their bookings and take care of their customers. Pretty stupid to pull that type of stunt in travel industry professionals. Duh.
