Well planned and executed perfection across the board. Every detail throughout the property in mint condition. Beautifully designed and maintained. Staff provided outstanding care and service with individual attention to special requests. Lots of little touches to make our stay extraordinary. 10/10 will return.

My one-night experience was nothing short of luxurious. The hotel exudes sophistication with its upscale ambiance and impeccable cleanliness. The attention to detail was evident with the thoughtful turndown service, an already-filled ice bucket upon arrival, and delightful chocolates. The room, boasting a picturesque view of Lake Ontario, was a true highlight. Two plush bathrobes added an extra touch of comfort. The Pearl Hotel & Spa exceeded my expectations, providing a memorable and indulgent retreat. A five-star gem by the lake

Valet Parking was efficient staff was welcoming. We had a later check out at 12:00pm. The manager Franchesco kept knocking on our door before check out repeatedly and then escorted us out to the lobby as if we were children doing something wrong. It was very juvenile and it wasn't recieved well. I said we had 12:00 check out and he blamed reception.I said they knew because we called them We are all in and didn't apologize for his behaviour. We are in our 30's looking for a relaxing get away from kids but that left us a very sour taste on our trip. Everything else was superb, especially the cafe and staff otherwise. Reception was lovely and helpful.

the property is over rated.. very expensive for the service provided. The pool is only for Aduots everyday from 10 to 5 pm, so if you have kids they cant swim untill 5 pm.. which is annoying. They dont have parking except Vale, or park it on your own on the street .. Staff is nice and helpful (thats the good thi by about the hotel). Rooms are small and average.

We had to move rooms because the water power and temperature was so awful. After arguing with us for hours, management reimbursed us for 1/2 our lunch (I’m serious, 1/2 only, they wouldn’t even comp the whole lunch) and gave us free parking. Suffice to say, it was not a luxury experience. Some hotels claim to be luxury—and even have nice facilities—but if the service isn’t luxury, it can ruin the whole experience. This is one of those places.

The Pearle Hotel is a beautiful, upscale hotel. The room is very modern and well designed. The bed was delightful because it was very comfortable and the linens were so soft and fluffy. Everything is pristine clean (including the pool area.) In the room, they provided free craft potato chips, 2 bottles of Fever-tree sparkling drinks and a water/ice dispenser on each floor. The Isabelle Restaurant is classy and the food was very delicious. We had a very enjoyable stay in this elegant hotel.

Beautiful modern property. Truly felt like a vacation. Isabelle restaurant was delicious! In room breakfast was very disappointing. Loved the pool and hoping to try the spa in the future as it was fully booked.
