First off very clean through out .. friendly staff .. excellent evening food.. breakfast excellent...would definitely stay again.

Without doubt this is the best of the Brend Hotel Group. Ray, the doorman is a star ( he should really be the Manager). I am referring to the restaurant here. No experience of the hotel itself. Food is traditional but with some modern touches. Staff always obliging and curteous. The White Room and the main restaurant equally attractive looking with wonderful views towards the sea.

Very popular pub/hotel. Cheap food and ample portions. Outside seating in front. Very welcoming may stay there in future if I can sort parking.

We went to the pub for dinner we ordered our food not realising there was a wait ,whilst we were waiting we felt so uncomfortable by a few locals because we must have been in there seat . Then a barman came and put a quiz night sign on our table never said a word ,our food came and I must admit it was nice and good value ,as we were eating the same said barman came picked up the quiz sign hovered over our food for a few seconds then went ,I have never met such rude person in my life shortly after we left its such a shame because it looks a great pub just bad mannered staff and locals

Beautiful room that was very spacious. Huge superking bed with good pillows and mattress. USB power points, automatic night light in bathroom, good toiletries, iron and ironing board and tea and coffee. Plenty of space to hang clothes up. Spotlessly clean and a warm welcome when checking in. It was noisy until about 11:30 which is to be expected staying above a pub on a hot day but slept really well when pub closed. Didn’t affect my stay at all. Would stay again when next in the area.

Very nice room at this busy pub with rooms in the centre of Burnham on Sea, if there had been wifi it would have been even better! Good: Great room, spacious, lots of nice little features like movement sensor lights in the bathroom; natty little lights by the bed; USB charger points; Fairtrade tea; soap dispensers instead of single-use-plastic little toiletries; window in the bathroom; cooked breakfasts were nice; food for dinner good. Less good: No car park - the public car park is 5 mins walk and is £5.80/day; no wifi (it's The Cloud, aka 'no wifi' - it didn't work at all as it never does); breakfast is cooked only and from 9am so early morning and cereal fans will be disappointed!

Popped in for breakfast this morning. Lovely friendly staff, very welcoming. Everything including toilets immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to come back and try the lunch menu. Still can't believe how cheap everything is on the menu.

Always a great stay. Staff work hard and are always helpful. Lovely room and great location. Excellent selection of food and drink. Cheap parking close by. Gary, Mandy and Ashley always look after us and go above and beyond.

They have had a refurb and it's a real upgrade. Rooms are amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everyone was helpful and the pub has a great atmosphere. Food was also excellent and it was great value all round.
