No refrigerator, no microwave, no in-room phone. Club Room is bare bone in amenities. Room lighting dim and poor. Room cabinetry lack sufficient drawers; why have cabinet enclosures without drawers?? No wash towels in bathroom (you can’t use “COVID” as excuse, pandemic is literally in the rear view mirror. Rooms and carpeting seem dated. Trekking from Reception area to Club Room in back of the hotel was pretty confusing, no good signage and directions.
One excellent experience: world class gym and spa! Really enjoyed the gym and spa facilities.

A pleasant enough hotel and the beds were very comfy. Whilst we stayed mid-week I expect werkends will be noisy. Breakfast was average and very annoying to have to psy for parking (which wasn't clear when we booked).
