The place is nice, however the staff are very rude. Didn’t feel welcomed and had some unpleasant treatment amidst my stay there. The pool area is breath taking, very great atmosphere & the view is amazing. The rooms are just basic nothing wow about them.

The location was good as it was close to the beach. I thought it would be better if there was a family with a baby.

The location of the hotel is good, you can see the sea. But it’s also seen from the side. In comparison, the structure of the hotel seems to have been modified later. One problem that arises is that when waiting for the elevator, I have to press the button for all three elevators. In addition, the hotel's buffet is fixed. Although I sent it, it wasn’t rich enough. Finally, hotel reservations must be made in advance, but the Chinese guide does not have this content and needs to be updated. Overall it's okay

It was a rainy day so I could hardly go sightseeing and stayed at the hotel, but the children were delighted because the rooftop pool was open. The staff was also kind and I was able to spend comfortably.

It's the worst. I couldn't sleep at all because the sand, bug corpses, and hair were all over the bed. In fact, the hotel side has been crushing it for three months, avoiding contact, and trying not to refund the accommodation fee, let alone compensation.

I was very satisfied for the price. It's not the holiday season, so there aren't too many people. I am willing to return! I'll go again next time~

The location is close to the sea, but it is far worse than the nearby grand hotels

Location is good because it is in front of the sea in Haeundae The service staff are like answering machines, but they explain well and are friendly. The cleanliness and the room condition were okay, but the pool water was so poorly managed that I was reluctant to even take a dip... The pool is a seawater hot spring, so I went to play in the water and take pictures, but aside from the small size, hair worms in the water Spiders are floating around and it's late at night. I wanted to come back in the morning, so it opened at 9am, so I went around 9:10am and it was the same as yesterday... It doesn't matter if you're just looking for cost-effectiveness, but I don't recommend it if you think about cleanliness. The sound of running in the hallway, the sound of spitting in the next room, the sound of turning the water on and off while showering, the sound of singing and chatting in the upper and lower floors. Either I passed out before coming to sleep, or I couldn't sleep until dawn.

The room was clean, spacious and nice Soundproofing seems to be pretty good. Parking is mechanical parking, but I used it without any inconvenience. The swimming pool was on the roof top, but there was a place where the paint was peeling off, so it wasn't very nice from the outside, but the water was warm and it was quite wide, so it was good to play.

Comfy room with a beautiful sea view. The refrigerator was a bit noisy though.
