The staff at the lobby and my agent ms Chen assisted me all through out of my stay is very pleasant and accommodating . From the 1st day no hassle I was advise and informs of all good features . i like that they offer welcoming guest like water , soap , fresh towels . I would like to come back again this coming holidays with my family. Over all experience is splendid and classic experience. My parents room is very extravagant with 2 rooms my daugther 8th birthday is very successfull and kids really enjoy the swimming pools .

非常大的酒店，有600多房間，房間很大，衞生乾淨，服務也很周到，配套設施都不錯，酒店位置很好，步行30米是一條夜市衚衕，東西很便宜，步行300米是一個大的 SM mall吃的用的都很全

前台服務態度熱情 有專業性 酒店比較老舊 但地理位置好 在CBD商業街區 適合商旅 電梯出了問題 沒有及時解決修理 上下電梯需10-15 分鐘 早餐堂食區不能承載酒店住客量 第一次見過去吃早餐需要排隊的 然後排了20分鐘還是沒能吃到早餐 就回房間休息了 酒店隔音效果巨差 關門聲 說話聲 保潔人員聊天打掃衛生的聲音 聽得一清二楚 如果是有睡眠障礙或者 精神衰弱的旅客 真的很不推薦

幫日本客戶預約了位在BGC的君悅。 客戶體驗非常好！表示比日本六本木的君悅好太多太多了！ 房間寬敞舒適到以為在住總統套房（日本的飯店通常很小一間） 公共設施滿意度也很高！ 地點在up town附近購物方便，晚上外出治安良好！ 非常推薦給所有要來菲旅遊的朋友

設施：有各種基本設施，大約對應國內房間比較大條件比較好的快捷酒店，在裙樓頂層有吧，吸煙處和餐飲 環境：位於BCG城區，周邊各種服務比較便利。門口有24警衞，應該比較安全。

短途旅行來中轉玩兩天。酒店是12月新開的，預訂前Google map上顯示的街景在裝修，好在上社媒看到官號説已經開業了。比一般的red planet貴一些但在BGC這個地方，是很經濟又更安全的選擇。房間小擔心。牙具拖鞋是35比索，瓶裝水25-35比索。雖然沒配備在房間但很便宜無所謂。

Save for the small soap and you have to request for trash can olus the leaky aircon in the maaters bedroom, it was a great stay. The rooms are clean and well ventilated. Sophia in the 3rd floor reception area was nice to talk to. Actually the staff are polite, the guards on duty are accommodating like Elmer and leonardo even followed me as i was lost in Britanny going to 711 and assisted with the bags when we left. They greet good morning and follow you to guide inside the lobby towards the unit. There was janitor too who was a former groomer who was nice to our furbaby. What i would suggest though are phones inside the units, bigger toiletries and trash cans. Esp in the kitchen area. Also unless asked to not go inside the unit to tidy up, we have a furbaby who is anxious about strangers and good thing while we were out no accidents happened with the unexpected clean up. To future guests, since it is just beside aura you can buy whatever in the mall but bring shampoo, soap and toothpaste nonetheless. The place is like an airbnb as i was told it was supposed to be a condo turned into hotel.

我在BGC周圍尋找單位/牀位時住在這裏。所以傷心的是,我的空間已經滿了,長期租約:(我在這裏過夜,住宿很棒。我能夠睡得很好。工作人員很好。房間很乾淨。早餐還可以。

We stayed for 2 nights before catching our flight back to the UK. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff especially Marvin was very helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and seamless. The hotel is right across SM Aura which has plenty of choice for eating places. Venice GrandCanal Mall is also very close to the hotel.

入住了這家酒店，整體體驗非常棒！房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，給人非常舒適的感覺。酒店的服務特別值得一提，工作人員非常友好且專業，從入住到退房都提供了無微不至的關懷。遇到了一點小問題，他們也立即處理並解決，讓人感受到賓至如歸的貼心服務。位置也很方便，附近有很多景點和餐廳出示酒店房卡還有優惠，交通也非常便捷。這次的入住經驗讓我十分滿意，下次來這個城市，我一定會再次選擇這家酒店！
