匹茲堡巴特勒中城SpringHill Suites酒店(SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Butler/Centre City)

Never booked at this location! Never would! Talked to them ONE time on the phone and they were the absolute RUDEST people you’d ever want to talk to. No help from them, nothing .

There suite rooms are extremely clean, new, and very nice and for the nightly price you cannot beat it! It was 322 sq ft I believe and was extremely cozy, me and my fiancé enjoyed our stay.

The room we stayed was the biggest hotel room I've ever seen. It was modern, clean and comfortable for my family.

The hotel is new, clean, and attractive. The staff was very pleasant. But we will not be returning because it just wasn’t a comfortable place to stay. The air conditioning in the room was very difficult to control, so we woke up freezing in the middle of the night. The glass door to the bathroom meant that anytime someone used the bathroom during the night, everyone in the room was exposed to the additional light. The rest of the lighting in the room was poor, so it was difficult to read or do work. The beds seemed much harder than normal; I don’t care for that, but perhaps others prefer hard beds. The continental breakfast was quite minimal — much smaller and less tasty than significantly cheaper hotels. No pancakes or waffles. There wasn’t even a toaster to toast a piece of bread. Or bread to toast, for that matter. So while the place looks pretty and clean, it was certainly not a relaxing place for us to stay.

The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Had waffles that wasn't mixed the whole way and eggs in a container. What ever happen to regular eggs and bacon with toast. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room. No new towels and almost run out of toilet paper. The door to the bathroom is made out of glass, so when the first person gets up everyone gets up. No sleeping in if bright light wakes you up.

The hotel was very nice. We checked in with no problem. They put us on the first floor within walking distance to the parking garage which was very nice. The room was very nice. We did notice a large 21/2 crack in the shower wall but other than that it was nice. We got there around five. They rented the room above us to someone with children About an hour after getting settled in all we heard was stomping and running in the room above us. ( for a new hotel I thought the noise was rather loud) we went to check out and the lady gave the bill and bill was more than we thought so I asked her why and she said there is a fee for the parking garage. I told her we were never told that. The lady then told us if we got the hotel through ******* they will reimburse you. ( mind you there is no place to park your car so the garage is the only place). I probably will not go to that hotel again. There are to many other hotel that are just as nice with a parking lot. All aside the hotel was very nice.

Nice clean modern hotel snuck in historic downtown

It was an amazing stay, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are definitely roomy and comfortable. I would look forward to staying there again!

There was no hot water, the room would be freezing cold then hot heater didnt work good breakfast was not what was Shown online.
