總的來說很漂亮的地方有很多免費停車位（否則在拜倫非常短缺）和一個大廚房。房間本身很好，除了薄的泡沫床墊還有一些不足之處。請確保您到達時期望其他客人不會在公共區域的夜間/清晨噪音和清潔方面表現出最少的考慮。

Great staff and lots of things to do

Arts Factory felt like a community as soon as you walked into the hostel. Nicole at front desk was the loveliest girl to chat to. Had a delicious coffee from the cafe every morning and sat watching the jungle around me from the kitchen balcony. The showers were the best I’ve had in any hostel so far. Great entertainment with the talent show and enjoyed several yoga classes by the lake. Great people running the place with a kind attitude.

I absolutely love arts Factory. There’s this amazing exceptional receptionist who guided me to my room. Upon the walk to my room I was told about the layout of the hostel by this helpful receptionist. I believe her name was Nicole. What a legend. They need more receptionists like Nicole she is so helpful and lovely. She really makes arts factory. Arts factory is a lovely community and I definitely recommend !! It is managed by a lovely man who has done a great job of making arts factory what it is today.

The dirtiest place I've ever stayed. The bathroom was disgusting with mouldy sinks, blocked shower drains and stinking toilets. The kitchen was a health hazard. The sinks were blocked with food and filled with dirty dishes. Cooking in the place was chaos as there was no clean dishes to use. Flies were everywhere, including inside the fridges that had food spilled inside and wouldn't shut due to overfilling. Most of our food went missing including a new bottle of olive oil and a (labelled) bag of refrigerated food. The room had years worth of dust on the fan, under the bed and stuck to the walls. Only reason I didn't leave was due to unaffordable prices elsewhere...not that this place was cheap... However, the staff were friendly and was a nice place for the wildlife.

While this hostel may not be for everyone, my friends and I really enjoyed our time here. It's not flash, but very relaxed. Very social hostel, made lifelong friends here and we feel very fortunate. We stayed in the 6 Share Teepee. Also, the coffee is really good. I can't wait to come back and stay longer!

Eine sehr außergewöhnliche Erfahrung hier zu übernachten. Die Zimmer & Sanitäranlagen waren für ein Hostel sauber und zufriedenstellend. Zimmer waren mit Ventilatoren und Schließfächern ausgestattet. Im Außenbereich wurde vor allem Abends viel ********* geraucht, wer das nicht möchte kann diese Bereiche aber auch gut meiden. Die Küche lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig: wenige Teller und noch weniger Besteck, Truthähne in der Küche, die das Essen aus den Regalen räumen, und teilweise unsaubere Kochflächen. Ein Pluspunkt sind definitiv die Heißluftfritteuse und die Sandwichmaker. Lage ist sehr außerhalb. Da vom Hostel keine Fahrräder vermietet werden und auch das hosteleigene Shuttle nur sehr selten fährt, sind es immer starke 30min zu Fuß, bis man in der Stadt ist.

Very friendly hostel. Nicole at the desk made checking in and out a lovely experience and saved our lives by finding a room for us last minute. She was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!!!!!!

We booked a twin room in the island retreat, I thought this sounded really fun and was looking forward to my stay. The hostel itself is very “hippie” and definitely attracts a certain type of person which isn’t a problem as staying in hostels is about meeting all different types of people. Lots of people that stay here are residents so i found it tricky to mingle with others. The common area was nice and included a cafe and lots of seating areas overlooking a lake. The trivia night was fun and the host cockatoo Paul was a laugh. At night people sit round outside playing the guitar and bongos. I’m not one to usually complain about cleanliness, I’m the type of person who’s just happy with a bed to sleep in. BUT I was a bit disgusted by how dirty the room was, I’ve attached photos and you can clearly see mold on the ceiling right near where I was sleeping. The fan would waft bits of mold all of the bed. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the room at all with the walls like that. The island retreat rooms need a refurb.
