El Hotel es muy bonito, muy bonitas vistas, la comida es muy buena en general, tambien las bebidas, el cuarto esta bien cumple pero esperaba un poco más, el servicio en general es muy bueno, solo tuve una mala experiencia de servicio en un restaurante por la espera muy larga y no buena atención del mesero, cómo cliente vip solicite check out late que podía solicitar ya que la salida normal es a las 11am un poco temprano a mi parecer, y se me dio la extensión de salida, solo que esta es únicamente por 1 hora más, creo que es muy poco el tiempo! Pero en general agradable la estancia, Hotel recomendable para todo incluido!

Todo estuvo excelente. El único detalle fue que íbamos celebrando nuestra luna de miel, al hacer check in nos dijeron que por la noche enviarían una amenidad, cosa que no sucedió. Después recibimos una llamada para evaluar nuestro proceso de recepción y nuevamente comentaron que tendrían el detalle de enviar algo a la habitación, pero nuevamente no sucedió en ningún momento de nuestra estadía. De ahí en fuera el personal muy amable y el lugar muy agradable.

Todo excelente!! La estancia fue perfecta unas de los motivos fue desde la llegada el equipo de recepción muy amable Rolando excelente nos explico a detalle nuestras dudas Orlando y Arely nos dieron una gran bienvenida sigan así (: la habitación estaba increíble excelente locación y vista Restaurantes muy buenos personal muy atentos, y excelente comida en especial en tazuna muchas gracias por todo!

El servicio en general fue excelente, limpieza, alimentos, transportación, etc. incluso nos dejaron detalles en l habitación de felicitación de aniversario.

La atención por parte del personal es increíble y el lugar es bellísimo

Lugar precioso, excelente atencion, la comida exquisita muy recomendable para visitar con pareja o en familia.

Excelente opción para disfrutar de una vacaciones en plan todo incluído. Ojo si no llevas ese plan los consumos son muy caros.

Beautiful place and rooms are beautiful with a beautiful beach view however nowhere is it listed that you can’t swim in their beach huge downer for us. say no to any invitation about breakfast and other special deals they may offer because they try to get you to buy a timeshare that has SCAM listed all over it!

My family of 6 visited this hotel and it was great!! We loved all the options for food. My kids especially liked the ice cream station in the new Market area. It gave my picky family a lot to choose from. Our room had 2 queens, a full kitchen, and a pull-put bed. We asked for a rollaway since we had 4 kids with us. There was plenty of room for all of us. It helped that there were 2 bathrooms especially with 2 teenagers and a preteen. Our spa on the deck was nice to enjoy in the views and feel the morning or evening air. It was a great way to wind down after long days in the sun. It's a quick ride to the sister hotels where you can hang out at the beach and enjoy the benefits of Sunset Beach All-inclusive. We took a boat out to the arches which is a must-do!! We had a great time!!

I regret to say that our experience at the Sunset resort was disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found a lizard scurrying around in the bathroom, which immediately put us on edge. The water for bathing was consistently cold throughout our entire stay, despite our request to have it fixed. The maintenance tried to fix it but the water was still cold. Our mornings were disrupted by the noise of a grasscutter at 6:30 am, disrupting any chance of peaceful rest. The room service delivery time was incredibly slow, taking about 1.5 hours, and some of our order items were missing upon arrival. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations. We will not be recommending this resort to others.

The resort is really nice and very clean. We went with two teenage boys and it was safe for them to be by themselves. Our room was fantastic and we had a great view of watching the whales in the morning. We did have many food options and the pool service was spot on. We did adventure out to the Rose resort to do some swimming over there and that was enjoyable.

My husband and I LOVE Pueblo Bonito Sunset! This was our 2nd visit and it was even better than the 1st! Great food, friendly staff, gorgeous views, beautiful resort. If I had more money I would purchase a property. My Paradise❤️
