巴伊亞海濱別墅酒店(Bahia Hotel & Beach House)

This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

it is nice location near by milky beach, mango deck etc. specially conciege teams (bellboys) are so kind and has hip stylish restruant. Frontdesk steff are decent as reply what i asked only (lately knew that have own beach with cart service & water or coffee in room is not complementary)

El personal es muy atento. Solo dos observaciones 1. El colchon estaba un poco vencido de uno de los lados y no era tan comodo 2. En ocasiones en la alberca olia a drenaje. Lo demas esta muy bien

I stayed eight nights and would say overall stay was pleasant. I hope my experience could give you some insights how it is like to stay in this hotel. Pro: -Walkable to almost everywhere -Really close to the beach -Clean and spacious room -Shower, Sink and Toilet water pressure and drainage is great -TV offers few popular English speaking channels (with popular movies) -Customer service is great (not the restaurant). Bell man (I forgot his name) would give good suggestions of restaurants and start good conservations -Their cafe (especially bakery) is amazing! Guests from neighbor hotels line up for this cafe. Con: -Outlet is far from desk. Lucky my computer charger has long enough cord. The bedside cord locates at bottom shelf. Inconvenience place. -Reception of telephone signal was ok at one side of the room. -NO refrigerator! Room has one for mini-bar beverages that are not free. It's not meant for your leftover. -Chair has no back support. If you are remote worker, you need to have strong core/back to push through. -Expensive! USD$45 daily resort fee is more expensive than Hawaii resorts. -Their restaurant is over-priced too. Food has great presentation but the favor was shocking to me. Try other restaurants than this one. -Check your bill in detail during check out! Someone put my room number for their Christmas Day meal. Hotel removed this charge after I notified them that I've never been to the beach house to eat.

The amenities were ok. The breakfast was mediocre when asked for, but way way WAY overpriced when anything from the minibar was taken. When the checkout process was started the minibar total was way over exaggerated and could not be argued. Because of this, and the less than standard menu items for such an expensive place I will not recommend this motel to other crew.

We had a great stay at the Bahia. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water and it was fixed promptly. Our rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Our stay included breakfast and the restaurant staff were so friendly, food was delicious and served with great presentation. We were just a few minutes from the beach, not a problem to walk. We would stay here again!

Close to medano beach . Close to Sur beach club . Sur was damaged from the recent hurricane so enjoyment was limited there .

The staff works ti keep the property clean. They are always moving furniture and dusting. The rooms are spacious. The common areas are spacious. The views are not really impressive and the pool/hot tub could use a little more attention

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and smells clean. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. The rooms have everything you need!
