卡昂中心普萊桑斯港美居酒店的評論

衞生和設施都一般般所以房間沒拍照片 這個價格放眼歐洲不貴但在這個小城市可是不低的價格了，前廳員工服務意識非常差，遠不及餐飲部員工 來卡昂的話推薦大家去吃一下卡昂牛肚和諾曼底冰激凌 非常不錯

Καλό ξενοδοχείο . Λίγο παλιό μου φάνηκε . Σε καλή τοποθεσία σε σχέση με τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης . Φιλικό προσωπικό . Είχε κι ένα ωραίο μπαρ . Έμεινα μόνον μια νύχτα κατα την διάρκεια ενός τουρ στην Γαλλία . Πρωινός μπουφές καλός . Καλή σχέση ποιότητας -τιμής .

Clean/friendly & safe overall service- they do not provide full bathroom amenities such as hair shampoo/conditioner nor face towels. I was in with a group tour so there were about 35-40 people. They provided dinner which was served hot and table was decorated very lovely- the food was fine-basic average dinner. The bar and the bar maid were exceptionally helpful. She offered & introduced me to a local spirit cocktail & was pleasant to take my order! Breakfast was very minimal- as the table that I went to sit at had no coffee mugs or silverware- and none were at buffet table. The breakfast served its purpose and was ok. This hotel is so conveniently located to lovely eateries/shopping and entertainment- overall I would be very happy staying there again. The front desk service was also very helpful & offered any assistance possible.

Overall an excellent stay. Friendly checkin and good explanation of the hotel amenities. Privilege room was functional, comfortable, and provided a good night’s sleep. A particular highlight of my stay was breakfast. Not a vast offering, but what was there was of an excellent standard. I found myself looking forward to breakfast more than I do at many more expensive and luxurious hotels.

C’est toujours un plaisir d’aller en formation dans cet hôtel. Le cadre est agréable à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur il est très propre et le personnel est prévenant. Je vais régulièrement en formation dans cet hôtel et j’espère y retourner.

Wij hebben met dank aan ons dochter een pracht weekend ik het mooie hotel Mercure Caen Centre Port de Plaisance mogen beleven .Het hotel is zeer mooi en leuk ingerich en dekamers zijn uitsteken alles is aan wezig en toppie .Mooi en goed bed grote flatscreen rachtige bedkamer mer 3 soorten douche.En het onbijt is een streling voor oog en mond,niets kom je tekort alles is er En het is een pracht van een team van ontvangst tot vertrek niets is hun teveel .Elke keer een goede dag of bij binnen komst zijn ze er om u een leuke attentie te geven .En s'morgen ie er een ontbijt team die u goed ontvangt en alles naar u zin maakt en u terhulp komt als er iets te weinig is Echt een aanraden om te boeken wij zijn zeker verkocht en zullen nog in deze hotels boeken

La chambre était impeccable, le petit déjeuner super, copieux et complet avec mention spéciale pour le sans gluten. Par contre j’ai appelé pour réserver cette chambre, l.accueil par un homme a été froid et sec, je lui ai annoncé que j’avais trouvé un certain prix sur internet et m’a gentiment répondu de prendre l’offre en ligne avant de raccrocher…Nous avons reconnu le personnage à son ton et sa désinvolture en arrivant, pas plus aimable en vrai. Donc le mercure oui mais avec des gens sympas c’est mieux!

I'm sitting in this hotel as I write this review. I'm here as part of a group so I had no say in where we would stay. First, the location seems to be good but you have to navigate a few steps with your luggage in the entrance. The breakfast and the beds are good. The rain shower was nice and the room has an updated look. The pillows are flat, there's no phone in the room, you get limited towels, outlets don't work and there's no iron if you have wrinkled clothes. The Elevators are very small. And in our double room the beds are pushed together and you share one headboard. I wouldn't stay here again.

Albergo di catena internazionale in buona posizione sia per girare la città che per visitare la Normandia . Le stanze solo con moquette piena di polvere con sensazione di sporco ovunque. Letti e lenzuola pieni di acari (la prima notte non ho dormito per il prurito). Il bagno senza un posto dove appendere asciugamani o accappatoio. I lavabi con sporcizia nella zona del deflusso acqua. Da sconsigliare assolutamente!

Hotel nella media: senza infamia e senza lode. Poca, pochissima attenzione alla cura dei particolari: abbiamo trovato la tenda della camera staccata e mezza rotta, oltre ai dispenser della doccia vuoti e ai letti mal rifatti. In uno dei due non erano state stirate e pulite le lenzuola prima che arrivassimo. Il costo dell’hotel non è proporzionato ai servizi resi. Il costo del parcheggio è completamente fuori luogo. Una nota positiva è certamente la gentilezza del personale all’ingresso ed un’ottima colazione.

L'hôtel, très bien équipé, conforme aux standards de la chaîne, vaut d'abord par sa situation proche du centre historique de Caen et son emplacement sur le port de plaisance. Agréable lobby et bar où se poser. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Parking privé en sous-sol apprécié dans la mesure où le stationnement à proximité est payant et limité. Accueil professionnel. Seuls bémols : les chambres sont un peu sombres et l'insonorisation côté port insuffisante compte-tenu de l'animation du lieu.

L'hotel pur essendo molto centrale non vale il prezzo pagato Assenza di frigobar che in estate è indispensabile stanza pulita ma non eccessivamente grande Non tornerei ripeto almeno per il prezzo pagato. È in una buona zona ma tra il costo del parcheggio il costo della colazione che sono evidenziate a parte sicuramente si trova dei meglio

J'y ai logé 2 nuits, pour raisons professionnelles. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité du port de plaisance, à quelques minutes à peine du centre ville. Parking facile et très belle chambre, vaste, moderne et bien équipée. Accueil sympa, qualité Mercure... Seul bémol, et (l'hôtel n'y est pour rien), le tintamarre cacophonique nocturne (je vieillis ?) lié aux battle entre les innombrables DJ's localisés au port de plaisance, à l'occasion de la Fête de la musique :-)

Le séjour était top. Petit bémol Le store intérieur était cassé. Je n’ai pas pu profiter de la vue sur le port Dommage
