老樓民宿(L'Antica Torre Caralis Holiday)

Ubicato nella parte vecchia di Cagliari in alto, un po di scale da fare però volendo c'è un pulman che ferma poco distante, ristrutturato di recente, ottimo x prezzo e pulizia. Colazione con prodotti confezionati. Per gli vuole prezzo buono ma pulito.

Me sentí muy a gusto.

È difficile recensire questo b&b perché ci sono cose da 5 punti e cose da 2 punti. Partendo da cosa ci è piaciuto, abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza del personale, la presenza dell'ascensore, l'arredamento che compensa le camere molto buie, le travi a vista e la posizione tranquilla ma a pochi minuti di passeggiata dal centro. Cosa mi ha spinto ad abbassare il punteggio a 4? La colazione, che non è all'altezza delle camere e della gentilezza dei proprietari, non presenti in struttura di mattina. Se, infatti, il cliente che fa colazione per primo decide di finire il latte in frigorifero, perché magari ha sete, a voi non resta che prendere qualche altra cosa. Stesso discorso per tutto il resto, peraltro tutte brioches industriali. Infine, in era pre-covid, avrei apprezzato tantissimo la colazione allo stesso tavolo con gli altri ospiti ma ora come ora mette un po' d'ansia stare uno di fronte all'altro con sconosciuti e toccare tutti le stesse cose (brocca, macchina del caffè, bevande, frigorifero). Un ringraziamento va comunque a Carmen, per il caffè dell'ultimo giorno.

The property was fine to come and go and sleep. Owner was unable to meet me when I arrived despite me arriving within stated hours of availability, leading to some confusion about how to access the room. Not fun after 24 hours of travel. Main problem was that accommodation was booked for a work trip and the owner was unable to provide a receipt so that I could be reimbursed by my workplace. Owner said they’d provide a receipt and then ghosted after several requests. Not recommended for those travelling for work who would need a receipt.

G o here, if you are desperate. Has a lift - the only plus point. But the rest is misrepresented. Room is basic, nothing great. the linen - towels and sheets are disastrous - shredded, over washed, and worse massively colour stained /transfer - and shrugged off by owner as 'normal'! Additionally everything is miserly - 1 tablespoon , or less of body shampoo in a plastic sachet x1 only! no bidet soap, completely insufficient to wash your body, and forget about your hair! and what to use for bidet?! towels were in shreds! terrible experience. Breakfast is in the humid basement- windows opens directly onto road - breathe in exhaust fumes, includes everything that is bought from a supermarket, nothing qualitative. not at all as represented in the pictures. all about cost sniping and giving you bare bones. many better options and owners in cagliari or castello who offer better service and accomodation.
