We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it.

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! 儘管疫情帶來了限制,但我真的在這家酒店住得很開心。即使在我還在加拿大並試圖預訂/重新安排酒店預訂時,這家酒店的經理拉爾夫也非常有幫助。當我擔心我的預訂時,他非常樂於助人,很容易回覆。前台工作人員總是開朗,每次我打電話給他們時,都很容易滿足我的需求。我在那裏住了4晚,但沒有什麼可以說我是多麼高興我預訂了酒店預訂。謝謝。

服務人員的態度很好，但是效率真的有待提高，要加一條浴巾和被子很久很久才送來，第二天早早叫前台派人來取行李，結果我們都吃完早餐到門口了，才派人現去取行李，這前後用了接近40分鐘。

酒店位置離附近的公演場地很近，臨近大型超市、商場、食肆等，非常方便。但房間設備跟服務可圈可點，當天2點多checkin， 被派一間大門安全鎖破損的房間，馬上重回前枱要求換房，然而換房後也是同樣的情況，礙於時間關係只能無奈接受。隔天一大早8點酒店職員拍門詢問清潔時間，已明確告知於1-2點會外出，請安排清潔。然而直到3點折回房間時仍未提供任何房間清潔。致電至前枱要求房務部安排於5點前進行清潔服務，然而直到晚上回去發現房間並無清潔過。作為一間4星級酒店這樣的服務讓人有點無奈，但是酒店的地點是真的方便，期望酒店方能改善一下服務質素。

位置不錯，對面就是sm，購物很方便，樓下711，車到了會有服務員來提箱子。房間景觀比較好的看城市景觀的會比較吵，我們住另一邊比較安靜

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

中央空調一股子臭味，晚上12點換了房間沒味道，衹要打開空調那臭味就來了，開始以為是廁所臭關上了廁所，結果從房間去廁所發現廁所一點氣味都沒有，房間三個插座就一個好的，還得用東西抵住才能充電，什麼破酒店
