開恩茲大堡礁附近酒店

優點：位置，就在大堡礁碼頭正對面，從餐廳旁邊的門直穿過去就是，可能是離碼頭最近的酒店了。 缺點：1.餐飲，很差很差，第一天去吃的行政酒廊早餐，要啥沒啥，第二天換了下面早餐廳去，環境好很多，食物照樣是要啥沒啥，多個了很難吃的味增湯。完全顛覆我對香格里拉的印象。甚至比我在悉尼住的一家四星級酒店都要差的遠。搞笑的是晚上做夢迴杭州香格里拉自助餐大吃特吃。 2.行政酒廊，有機會不會再選行政房，貴了好幾百，本來想蹭個歡樂時光。結果第一天去已經結束，那也算了，想着喝個飲料就好了。結果工作人員當我們的麪把冰櫃鎖了不給我們喝（裏面也就可樂雪碧啤酒） 我們説不是營業到十點嗎？表示衹能用咖啡機。關鍵前面剛有個歐美客人打開冰櫃拿了個啤酒走，拿完她們就過來當我們麪鎖冰櫃了。沒見過這樣的行政酒廊。 3.房間。不知道怎麼設計的，給我們的房間走了很遠很遠，然後説是地平線濱海景觀，勉強看到點海，景色很差，和別人拍的同房型完全不一樣。房間大而空，乏善可陳。 其他服務也是一般。 大堂沒有歡迎飲料（自助檸檬水那種都沒有），住的俱樂部房連個歡迎水果都沒有。對小孩也沒有額外招呼之類的。退房也沒有人關心入住感受。（悉尼那家四星級沒有特別好，但比這個香格里拉好得多） 總之是住了一家假的香格里拉。

奧姆住在這家旅館同樣是創傷和娛樂的部分。描述它的最好方法是想象一個有問題的60歲男子開設了一間旅館,裏面有一個夜總會,所有的社交活動都是與其他有問題的60歲男子一起設計的。他們似乎沒有在混合宿舍裏做任何性別平衡,一個女孩在半夜檢查了我的房間,因爲她被安置在一個只有50歲以上的男人的混合宿舍裏。社交活動是過時的,但不是很好,我說的是溼T恤比賽,桿跳舞比賽,果凍摔。但說實話,這家旅館給了大多數女孩住在這裏,所以我們最終在女孩的地板上度過了電影之夜,一起去市場和濱海大道,還有免費的健身房。我實際上玩得很開心,諷刺的是。這家旅舍的設施真的不錯,公平,宿舍乾淨,都有空調和陽台(可惜你不能控制空調的溫度,或者外面冷的時候關掉),他們有大型設備齊全的廚房,游泳池和免費健身房。即使是夜總會也是一個很好的場所,但社交活動就像華爾街狼一樣。如果他們要成爲一個骯髒的場所,他們至少可以聘請魔術邁克舞者。但說實話,他們只需要找到一個新的娛樂經理,這個地方會很好。位置很好,步行約20分鐘到濱海大道。

Fantastic place staff are so helpful the other backpackers are fun to talk to,the cleaners are fantastic,the pool is great clean also the spare is very relaxing the bed in my room was really comfy air conditioning was cold didn't need at night time,it's across the road from cairns central the Mair shopping centre,the Grand hotel is just up the street $10 200gm steals are really nice and the beer is cold . So over all great stay thx YHA

We stayed at this hotel overnight recently. We called 24 hours prior to arrival that we would be arriving late. When we arrived the doors were locked and the place was dark. We rang the doorbell and the night manager came out to let us in. The room and bathroom were clean, the room size was adequate. However the housekeeper left only one bath towel. As it was late, we didn’t bother the night manager, given she had switched off the lights at reception after checking us in and returned to her on-site accommodation. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to number of guests staying at the room and supply the correct amount of towels. This property has no lifts to the upper floors. In future if we would to return I would ask for a room on the ground floor.

沒有早餐，房間很大很乾凈，可以住4個人，一張大牀2張小牀，牀很舒服，房間裏還可以做飯，廚具很全。地理位置優越，離超市和海邊很近很方便，房東老太太人很好很熱情。下次再來凱恩斯還住這裏。哦，忘記說了，貓咪好可愛哦！

My partner and I stayed at sunshine tower for 5 nights and it was an enjoyable stay. I want to start by saying the girls on reception were all very friendly and welcoming, they were happy to have a chat anytime and also recommended places to visit and see. Shout out to Phoebe she was lovely! The property is a little be further out of the main ***** but only a 10-15 minute walk or you can jump on one of the Beam scooters that are outside. The outside of the property is tired looking and could do with an update but the rooms are renovated and lovely. Tiled floors, updated furniture and great sizes. The kitchenette was lovely to have even though we didn’t really use it. There is no oven or stove up so keep this in mind when booking. The bathroom was a tad small but worked and the shower was great! We were in room 702 which had a lovely view towards the beach but note that this level also houses the electrical stuff so it is a little loud when you are trying to sleep. The tv was a smart tv but could never connect to the wifi so I would recommend them to update to have modems on each level. The outdoor pool and sauna were okay, only used it once and unfortunately the texture of the spa and pool was very rough on the skin so couldn’t stay in there long. BBQs are available for use but we didn’t use these. No housekeeping (I knew about this before booking) however the girls at reception were more than happy to provide more toilet paper/towels/tea/coffee etc with no extra cost. Overall it’s a great property and worth the visit for stays under a week!

Be very wary staying here. Not only did they muck our booking up for wrong month , but decided to take money from our credit card and when disputed with the bank they blatantly lied saying I received keys and was there and stayed. They stated the booking was for 2 adults and 2 children which it never was. They also had my name wrong. The manager would not return our phone calls and got to the point where they wouldn’t answer the phone at all. We fought this to the end and eventually won but I have to wonder how many other people this has happened to . Very dodgy

很棒的食物和友好樂於助人的員工。雖然這棟建築很舊,但裝修得很好,入住很舒服。我不得不很早就離開,趕上公共汽車,並提供了盒式早餐,最歡迎在凌晨5點。從卡倫巴之旅回來,我們發現我的預訂提前一週不正確。晚上7點到達,非常累,我非常感謝值班經理能把我放在一個非常好的房間過夜,我能夠吃一頓愉快的飯,趕上了華麗的肖尼歡迎我回來,儘管我看起來和聞起來像羅賓遜卡魯索,肯定會再去那裏。

We stayed at the Palm Royale for only 3 nights & I wish it could have been longer. We checked in late the 1 st night so there was little time left of the day except to go to bed. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool & it was fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was a long walk from the lobby, the air conditioner was very loud, and there was some street noise. Most of the staff @ the desk were pleasant & approachable. There is also guest laundry +++. The pools are fantastic. The restaurant is closed. This property is too far from the centre. There is shopping nearby.

Fantastic stay at Carins. We stayed for 8 nights & couldn't complain. We took the room with microwave & kitchenette. We got a good deal by booking directly with the resort. Room was super comfortable with all the usual amenities. We also took the bus tours to the attractions. The tour companies know this place & would pick you at the entrance. The property is huge & they have an open air restaurant that does pizza nights. The internet connection is patchy in the rooms. We needed to connect for our office work, so the staff allowed us to use the business center during the day. The wifi was great in the business center though. Access to the city is easy. We took the bus 123 to go to & fro. Overall a great stay & would certainly choose them again.
