凱恩斯精品公寓酒店(Inn Cairns)

Hotel is as advertised, in need of renovation but we always had the pool to ourselves and apar**ent was very spacious. So if you are on a budget and after a no frills place to stay in central Cairns I highly recommend.

This place was pretty good. It was conveniently located near everything in Cairns. It was right accross the street from a grocery store which was helpful. There were lots of eateries around and about a 7 to 8 minute walk to the Esplanade lagoon and pier. We liked that the place was very spacious. The room was a little old but not that bad. The bedroom was a little small and I get why other people were complaining about the door not opening all the way because of the bed, but it wasn't that big of a deal for us. The water pressure in the shower was excellent for hot water, but really poor for cold water. Again, not a big deal. The room had a washer and dryer which were convenient for us since we were on an extended vacation. The AC worked well which we liked since it can get really hot and humid in Cairns. The only real issue we had was the internet which kept dropping (maybe since we were on the 6th floor, the signal wasn't as strong). The room had a great balcony with a view to the mountains which was nice during the sunset times. Be warned, there can be a lot of noise because it's on a main street and the birds can be very loud but to us it wasn't that bad. We liked seeing all the birds lol At the end of the day, we would definitely stay here again. The convenient central location plus the size of the apar**ent are enough for us to come back again.

Plus: Loved the LOCATION. Within walking distance to everything. Minus: Dated decor, worn-out mattress, bedroom door can't be closed due to the bed being too big for the room. Water pressure problem in bathroom & kitchen with the very real possibility of scalding. Staff seem uninterested being there...and that is only the beginning.

The stay was generally good as the units are in a great convenient location . However the place is a bit dated , our room was so small we could close the bedroom door. The biggest issue was that our booking said daily room servicing but they did not clean the room . We complained many times and after 6 days they did a clean.

Late check in worked well. Good location. Only problem we had was the washer tripped the breaker, but we weren't expecting a washer in the first place.

A nice place to stay - great location- central to cairns and woolworths just across the road Bathroom needs a fan or vent Kitchen : Bowls were the flattest I have ever seen I would recommend this motel as a good place to stay

The location was perfect, check in was good, nice young girl on Reception was helpful. However Sunday morning at 8:30 we got a phone call asking if we had a key to the room and had we checked out yet? Check out is 11am! When I spoke to the lady on Reception as we left (different person from yesterday) she barely looked up from her computer ( she was reading the news online) I expressed my discomfort with the phone call and being woken up early, she said “ ok no worries” She was quite rude in her response. No customer service what so ever.
