房間還可以，就是窗簾沒法完全拉上，導致有光遮不住。其他的服務以及地理位置都非常的優越，適合來開羅出差訂

訂的大床房不知道為何給了個雙床，就這樣住了，酒店還是挺安全的，規模挺大，找大門都找了半天，設施有點老了，住着還是很舒服的，早餐種類還可以，這酒店周邊也相對安全，不像有些貧民窟旁邊那麼亂

房間設施有點老舊，服務也一般尤其是客房打掃到下午四點多才來敲門問打掃。住了四晚就主動打掃了一會還是在門外掛着請打掃的標誌，其他要麼一早來問，要到快到晚上的時候來問，也不知道這個打掃是不是沒有固定時間。
旁邊有個警察學校還是啥，每天三四點就被吵醒了，如果睡覺輕的朋友謹慎考慮，其他都還OK，地理位置去哪都方便。

這絕對是我經歷過的最糟糕的旅行。預訂時，他們收取了我三天的通知費。取消預訂後，Trip.com 和 Triumph Hotel 卻一直爭論到底該由誰取消。最終，誰也沒取消，他們還是收取了我三天的通知費，儘管我在入住後 30 分鐘就告訴他們，我無法忍受這樣的環境和條件。我提出至少收取一天的通知費，並退還兩天的通知費，但他們拒絕了。

後半夜才到，免費升級給了間套房。空間很大，衹是房間設備較老，透出年代感。空調很涼，早上醒來嗓子有點不太舒服（還好沒生病）好像埃及的室內都這樣。

這個酒店停車的話，是要收停車費的。別的地方整體不錯，但是酒店就是有一點舊了，服務也可以。但是辦理入住的時間真的太久了，要等好久好久。不知道為什麼，可能這邊一般辦理入住的話都要等好長時間吧！不會有人幫忙拿行李的，酒店入口的話是台階，拉行李上去很不方便，或者要繞道繞很遠。帶行李過去真的不是很方便。

酒店設施比較老 床品夜比較老舊 屬於典型的埃及豪華酒店風格 有酒廊和餐飲 總體很方便 對於度假來説比較適合 價格偏高

الفندق نظيف و الموقع ممتاز.
تسجيل دخول الفندق متأخر كالعادة. لا بد أن تنتظر تقريبا ساعه حتى يتم تجهيز الغرفة حسب كلام موظف الاستقبال.
