These guys are scammers!!! They let us paid €100 for 3 person for Alexandria daily tour. The tour guide was boring. The route to alexandria and back was scary. The driver was watching a movie and was driving slow. He was driving 80 km/h on a 120 km/h route. The hotel said that they had a pick-up and bring service to the airport and if you stay longer than 3 nights that this service will be free. But when we said this to the staff, if ignored us. So overall this hotel is a SCAM, don’t choose this hotel.

Unfortunately I didn't have a great stay. I was told that the hotel will send a driver to pick me up from the airport, that didn't happen and to leave a woman alone waiting at a foreign country isn't appreciated. I paid for the service but it didn't happen and no reason was given as to why, or to try and make up for it. As I went to my bedroom, I only had one toilet paper roll with not many sheets, and a face towel only. The bedding had cigarette burns and the pillow even had lipstick smeared. The room need some maintainance, the windows could not be shut, so the constant beeping from the car horns on the street and a generator noise coming from the room straight above my ceiling made me have constant headache and only few hours sleep each night. (I asked a quiet room). Even one night there were some repairs done on the room next to mine starting at 2am!at 3am the hotels staff who was cleaning/repairing even put music on so I had no sleep, even others were going to that room so loud talking made me not sleep all night. I emailed the hotel about it, no response received.

El hotel está bien ubicado en el centro de El Cairo. Si has de hacer turismo todo el día, las habitaciones están bien para dormir y ya está. No hay mucho ruido. Tiene una buena terraza donde sirven un buen desayuno

房間不錯，就是有點亂

Pasé una noche y la peor de todas, ventana no cierra bien se queda 1 cm. abierta, lo cual entra todo el ruido del planeta tierra y no hablemos de la luz que entra aún así teniendo cortina, el colchón parecía una goma espuma, baño sucio y con 1 toalla para 2, el ruido del aire acondicionado parece un generador de luz

El precio es de acuerdo con el hotel, realmente excedió nuestras expectativas. Estuvieron atentos aunque aveces era difícil la comunicación porque casi no hablan inglés. La habitación nos la dieron con balcón, aire acondicionado, muy comoda, aunque la puerta al balcón no aísla para nada el sonido, y es difícil dormir de noche con el ruido. Los desayunos siempre fueron completos y central de todo. Volveríamos a quedarnos ahí.

boeking voor dit hotel gedaan in januari, overeengekomen dat mijn gezin eerder de kamer kon betrekken omdat onze vlucht heel vroeg aankwam. bij aankomst alles bezet volgens eigenaar, we mochten wel het ontbijt nuttigen en wachten als er eenkamer vrijkwam werd deze schoon gemaakt en konden wij deze betrekken. om 10 uur werd ons verteld dat wij bij een ander hotel voor dezelfde prijs een kamer konden krijgen. aangezien wij doodmoe waren gezien wij de hele nacht niet hadden geslapen waren wij blij met het aanbod en deze na inspectie geaccepteerd.was ook een beter hotel. maar als je al maanden van te voren boekt moet het gewoon kloppen.

酒店已經很舊了，沒有進行任何改善或修復。電梯多次出現故障。房間相當大，可以俯瞰附近腐爛的屋頂。浴室很危險，淋浴很滑，噴水頭漏水，水到處都是。沒有平板電腦。貧血電視，全是阿拉伯語。非常舊的窗戶關閉不好。一切都很舊了。早餐一般，只含一杯。然後付錢，帶上茶來。11號的露台很漂亮。總的來說，工作人員很好。請注意，要求的任何外部服務均需有盈餘......

تم تغيير الغرفة الي حجزتها إلى غرفة أصغر 3 سراير مفردة ونحن 5 اشخاص!! لم يتم الإعتذار أو التعويض عن هالشي .. ولما طلبت سرير إضافي وعدوني انه سيتم إحضاره ولم يتم إحضاره واطررنا 5 أشخاص ننام على 3 سراير والمشكلة الأكبر وجود حشرات السرير (البق) بكل الغرفة
