Somos de mallorca, estábamos por la playa y nos llamó la atención el hotel. Fuimos a recepción a pedir información para reservar directo 2-3 noches de la semana próxima. La recepcionista me dijo que mejor lo mirara por la web..que igual ella podía verlo y luego cambiar. Me quedé atónita. Me parece que eso no es una respuesta a unos posibles clientes. Como le dije que ya que estábamos allí prefería que nos atendieran, me dejó esperando y nos cansamos de esperar y nos marchamos. También queríamos saber si podíamos comer en el restaurante y pasar el día en la piscina..pagando claro..pero nunca supimos si era posible ya que no nos atendieron. Lastima...2 clientes menos . Se ve que sobran

Hotel de charme à taille humaine, très calme et très charmant. Merci au jardinier pour son beau travail. Le personnel de restauration est super agréable, gentil et très serviable. Merci à eux pour leur disponibilité et leur sourire. Les repas sont très bon et très copieux, merci au chef pour la qualité des produits.

Das Hotel Cala Sant Vicenc besticht durch seine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre sowie der hervorragenden mediterranen Küche und dem tollen Personal. Ein kleines Juwel auf Mallorca , dass wirklich außergewöhnlich ist . Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Muy bueno en todo. El personal muy amable. La decoración me encantó Las habitaciones amplias, La restauración, de primera. El spa muy limpio y silencioso. Ah, y tiene una pequeña sala de cine a la carta! Una opción para una tarde de mal tiempo. Estuvimos en una habitación con salida a piscina compartida con otras 2 habitaciones. Todo muy bien!

We had a lovely stay, in this lovely hotel. Set within beautifully kept gardens, it was o peaceful to laze around the good sized pool. Definitely refreshing temperature. The staff were all very friendly and eager to please. Breakfast buffet offered a good selection with the choice of a cooked breakfast if desired and option of a glass of cava to accompany it. The rooms were spotless as was all areas of the hotel. Easy walking distance into a selection of restaurants, beaches are small as they are a selection of coves. Bus stop 2 mins from the hotel into Puerto Pollensa or Pollensa old town. I can highly recommend a stay here.

Malgré des criques à couper le souffle prévoir par ailleurs chaussures de rocher pour certaines hôtel très bruyant très mal isolé dont le restaurant qui ressemble à une cantine où tout le monde peut malgré tout y trouver son compte personnel très serviable mais ne parlant pas français à part l'animateur les chambres vue mer avec supplément donnent sur des terrasses très bruyantes très tard dans la nuit même avec les baies vitrées fermées qui n'ont aucune isolation à l'extérieur il faut une voiture ou faire des excursions car en soirée il n'y a rien à faire.... Criques très petites et bondées de monde

Very disappointed we have been to this hotel 3 times and always had a lovely room with a nice view however not this time was given a room with bushes overgrown on the balcony ask to move only to be told they are fully booked we have no view only big bushes absolutely unbelievable and definitely won’t be coming back attitude from management was unacceptable

Our second visit to this exceptional hotel and will definitely be back. The pool and terrace areas are an oasis of peace and calm, staff are all lovely and very helpful, food is very high quality both at breakfast and dinner. Really couldn’t fault anything and can’t wait to return.

Fantastic hotel with secluded garden and lovely pool. Excellent location in the middle of this tiny resort and close to the cove beaches. Room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the road but it was quiet and not a distraction. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. A gorgeous characterful hotel with a great deal of charm.

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of this gorgeous town. Very clean, friendly and rooms are spacious. Hotel restaurant is excellent. All 3 beaches are within a very short walk, as are excellent restaurants. So pleased we chose to stay here vs bigger resort towns.

Lovely small hotel - not flashy but excellent quality - not sea front but great beach within 200 metres - no bars or nightclubs in village - great hiking - great local restaurants - 50 minute cab (E90) from Palma - great pool, dining/breakfast/rooms/reception etc. - will return.

What an amazing place to stay! On arrival we were upgraded from a duplex room to a junior suite and found a complementary bottle of wine in our room. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and super efficient. The hotel is in a stunning location. Breakfast is very good and is eaten outside. Both continental and cooked options are available accompanied by a glass of cava if you fancy one! Lush gardens surround the pool and the pool itself was a lovely place to chill out in the sun - towels provided every day and no trouble getting a sunbed! There were never more than 4 people in the pool at one time and I often had it to myself. Complementary sorbet is served twice a day - at 12pm and 5pm. On our day of departure we were leaving before breakfast and the staff packed us up a breakfast box with sandwiches, pastries and a massive tub of fresh fruit! I would definitely recommend Hotel Cala Sant Vicenc. It is a very special place. We noticed quite a lot of solo travellers staying there and if I was on my own it would be a place I would choose to stay too.

This hotel is a real gem. We stayed here several years ago and we returned this summer because we wanted a quiet crash-out break. The hotel is now under new management and has been redecorated. Our room was lovely and spacious and had a balcony which came in useful. One reason we chose to return is because the hotel is not very large and we love sunbathing by a pool surrounded by gardens rather than concrete buildings and patios. There is not much to do in Cala Ca Vincente but it is very beautiful so wherever you are walking you are able to view the mountains and its very soothing. Cala ca Vincente has several restaurants, a couple of small supermarkets and a bookstore but for more life, the hotel is right next to the bus stop to Pollensa town or port and both are only about 15 minutes away so its easy to go by bus or cab for more shops and restaurants. Cala ca Vincente is by the sea but it is steep to walk down to the sea and Pollensa port is flat. The hotel offers good breakfasts, light lunches and well-cooked dinners with generous portions so we ate there several times. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water in our room and the fruit sorbets offered to people who were sunbathing each morning. All the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a gorgeous 9 days which surpassed our expectations and will look forward to returning very soon.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The hotel is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The bedrooms are traditionally furnished, they are very comfortable. There is a fridge, hairdryer, towels for the beach, air conditioning and a litre of water is left in your room each day. The pool area is beautifully kept, as is the rest of the hotel. We stayed half board and the food is excellent, there are specials each evening. The thing that really stands out at this hotel is the staff, they are all helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, we had an amazing holiday.
