Excelente servicio, comodo y limpio

Our expectations were not high - Calama is not exactly a tourist city, and we expected the hotel to be very plain and geared towards visiting workers, but it was very nice! Lots of spacious, comfortable public areas, and a comfortable, well-equipped room. Breakfast was good - eggs cooked to order - and dinner in the restaurant was fine, which meant we did not have to venture into the centre at night (although the city seems to have had a lot of money spent on it since we first visited in 2013). The location, on the edge of the city near the airport also meant meant that it was easy to find without having to navigate your way through the city - although slightly complicated on this occasion by nearby roadworks. The outdoor swimming pool looked nice, though we did not use it because of the high UV levels! The prices were very low for the quality provided. Secure parking on site.

Nothing luxurious but definitely did the job. Was very close to the airport which was very convenient and great security. Was a shame that no staff spoke English as they advertised. They also gave us vouchers for welcome drinks which was nice but we didn’t use them. They didn’t let us use a voucher for a Fanta we had from the minibar. The 2nd stay the room was quite cramped. Otherwise the first room was spacious and the breakfast was good both times. A decent stay overall.

Venham com a expectativa bem baixa. Apesar de ser cômodo para pernoitar chegando de avião, o hotel podia ser bem mais cuidado. O hotel é velho, tomar banho é uma tarefa de tão ruim que é o chuveiro, café da manhã muito fraco! Só salva a simpatia do staff. Melhor ir direto para Atacama mesmo com o cansaço.

I fortunatelly did not get the gal with the temper that other reviews talk about. The hotel is very conviniently close to the airport. At this point Uber is permited so it was easy to get to the airport. We only stayed for one night. The restaurant is a bit pricey but food was ok. One bottle of water from the mininfridge was USD $4. So take your water if you don't want to pay. Our continental breakfast was included with an omelet. Overall I gave 5 stars because I did not have any issues.

O hotel é próximo ao aeroporto, mas nao tem transfer, a recepção solicita o taxi. O quarto é grande, confortável, otima piscina pra refrescar e jacuzzi, bom café da manhã.

Hotel antigo , entretanto , quarto que ficamos era renovado e bom - Hotel muito próximo ao aeroporto o que o torna um excelente ponto de parada para quem precisa . chegamos noite de domingo onde era oferecido para o jantar um buffet bem completo

Overall ok property. Bar & restaurant onsite, gated access parking. Building is older & not renovated. Very convenient to airport. Nothing in walking distance.
