special thanks to housekeeping Mr Alok .have been fortunate enough to stay in a lot of lovely hotels all over the world however I have never encountered such fantastic staff. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and every single member of staff is friendly and helpful. The whole hotel and pool area is spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. I have seen some reviews saying that the location isn’t great however I disagree,I can see why the hotel hold this event as it must be very profitable however unfortunately it means many people who are staying at the hotel have to leave during a Saturday daytime as the hotel gets overrun by really drunk people. I recently visited this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The combination of poor hospitality and unhygienic conditions made it difficult to stay at the hotel for even an hour. Upon arrival, we were left to find our rooms on our own, which gave the feeling of exploring a cave. The bedsheets were untidy, and the pool was nonfunctional with dirty water. Despite being a budget hotel, it lacked basic cleanliness and had an unpleasant odor throughout. Although I had made a partial payment, I immediately requested a refund. The staff member at the reception appeared untrained in hospitality and displayed a rude, indifferent attitude. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Best place to stay with safety and hygienic area It was best experience with Rivasa Resort and location is the Center of Goa and all the beaches are nearest to Resort Service by Mr.Anup Mishra and team is wonderful in every segment. Will visit in next Goa Trip
