Very nice lady came to clean room.

The stay was average, though the condition was poor. There was a huge leak on our floor, I walked through water and the ceiling had falling paint/ compound. I could hear others tvs through our room while trying to fall asleep as well. Barely slept 2 days, was happy to go home. Staff was very sweet and welcoming.

Liked many things about this hotel and hated others. Like the fact that it's in a secluded spot, in a very congested area. It's unbelievable close to almost anything that you might want. Everything in the hotel is very good. Things that annoyed me, was that it wasn't the most convenient in regards to getting out and going certain ways. Very annoying and long U turns. My room air conditioner was very loud when turning off and have to admit that I miss the complimentary breakfast. Rarely partake but found that I like the option.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very nice. However, the room had a very musty smell. The air conditioning unit made a loud vibrating noise all night long. It was quite annoying. We stuffed the toilet three times. Nothing special was being flushed. This is something that should just work. One of the days housekeeping didn’t come to our room to make up the beds and clean the toilet.

It was an okay stay for my purpose but I was expecting more. First of, I was checked into the room on the first floor that had very weird smell, there was no safe in the room so that was concerning. Second the amenities were very limited in the bathroom. And the last and most horrible was the fact that people in the room next to mine were partying until 4 am which was very disturbing. I was expecting more from Marriott chain.

The room had a single queen bed which was disappointing (usually king in a room with 1 bed), the pillows had no fill in them, they sink in the moment you lay your head on them. The air conditioner was weak and the room was very humid causing my wife’s breathing to give her problems. We left the hotel in the middle of the night due to the conditions

I asked the front desk for a wake up call at 7:00 am, since I didn't have my charger and I didn't get any call. Luckily, I woke up on my own!

Everything was great, the room, the pool, the front desk people. This hotel is new. It has a bar with a bartender. It’s very clean. Staff is great and accommodating. I think to improve is electrical outlets on the night table are flat on the surface of the table, it’s not good, has to be on the wall or vertical to avoid accidental contact with liquid (people do put water on this table).

I booked a king size room. I got an email at 330p that the room was ready. I checked in at 515p and they only had a two queen bedroom available. I'm 6'6". This was unacceptable. The DoubleTree is across the street and is $45 cheaper than Courtyard. I love this Marriott but will not book there if this happens again.
