Do not recommend customer service is horrible

Overall the stay was good. The staff was super friendly and made sure we got a room close to family that were also staying there. The hotel itself looked nice,the beds were clean and comfortable but the floors and couches in the rooms had stains and could have been cleaned better for sure. One thing that disappointed us was that we came down for breakfast which we were told ended at a certain time,we just sat down for breakfast and they started turning lights off and picking up the food even though there was over a half hour left in the stated breakfast hours. Guests were coming down to eat at that time and were turned away even though it was within the stated hours. Why state breakfast is at a certain time and then close well before the time is up.

We stayed there for 3 days and not once did house keeping come to make beds, clean room etc. We called and asked about it and front desk said they will be there tomorrow morning and nothing happened. Other than that hotel is clean, front desk staff are great and location is perfect.

The room (king) was spacious, immaculate, and well designed with appealing furnishings and very practical layout. The two deficits noticed on this visit: 1) flies in the lobby and the room, which may have been due to a room on the first floor; & 2) very low water pressure in the shower, which was very disappointing. The other appealing feature of the hotel is ample parking and its close proximity to Manhattan! Overall, an excellent property for the price!

Air conditioner broken in a heatwave. Free breakfast for a reason. No one would pay for what they served. Mistake to book through ******* as it was non refundable. Gave us a crappy room because we booked through *******. Don't waste your precious time with this place.
