Très bon hôtel avec son emplacement exceptionnel en vu piscine et/ou mer ( l'autre côté c'est la ville et la route, pas évident).. Sinon dans l'ensemble les chambres sont très propres, service de propreté parfait.., un grand plus qu'il y a un petit frigo dans les chambres mise à disposition.. Le restaurant est très propre avec le personnel à hauteur ( seul bémol : que l'eau de "robinet" est payant).., sinon la nourriture est très variées et fraîche.. Dans l'ensemble 4 sur 5.. À recommander

Estancia muy buena, hotel cercano a la playa. Atención de todo el personal muy buena. Habitación buena y en buen estado. La almohada pedimos otra en recepción y sin problema nos dieron una. El todo incluido podía ser más completo, comida en el bar de la piscina son solo una hora al mediodía y otra hora a la tarde. Y no hay casi nada. La comida no tenía mucha variedad

Kamers op zich prima maar echt veel te gehorige, je hoort je buren douchen, praten enz, nachts ook , hotel zou iets aan isoleren moeten doen, muren van karton,,mijn dochter wou updaten naar zeezicht koste 17,50 per dag, wij betaalden bij boeking 30 pp meer, hotel veaagd dus 8x 17,50, veel herrie bij zwembad, wat veel te klein is, ouders die hun kinderen niet corrigeren, spelen prima, schreeuwen hoefd niet. Eten is prima te doen. Alleen vlees vaak half gebakken, maar voor week oké, Grote ergenissen bij buffet, mensen die kinderen alvast toetjes laten halen, tupperware bakjes vullen, en voor weeshuis opscheppen. vooral van bepaalde nationaliteit, animatie ook veel te luid, dus slaap je niet goed , is dit niet goede plek, Schoonmaak is prima, hoewel we er aan kwamen nog haren onder bed lagen en in wastafel, bij ander stel ook, en kon balkondeur niet op slot, maar kamers wel ruim, maar boek geen straat zijde , zie je tegen dorre berg uit. Hotel ligt voor mensen met loop problemen toch wat aan rand centrum, en heuvelachtig. Voor mij geen santa monica meer, matras niet fris en uitslag ervan, maar kreeg gelijk ander matras, doen ze goed, de bedjes op strand te huur voor 20 euro, is natuurlijk uitbuiten, maar heeft niets met hotel te maken,

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable!! Hemos estado en hoteles quizás de más standing, pero con diferencia en el Santa Mónica es donde más hemos disfrutado!! Resaltar sobretodo al personal del hotel, haciendo una especial mención a Mónica la minion, Víctor el crestitas, Mercè chin lu, sir Lancelot de la cafetería de la piscina. También recordar con cariño a los animadores Sergio y Paola. Y como no a Braulio y Albert del buffet, cuya comida es excepcional. No quiero acabar sin antes mencionar al personal de limpieza, que tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes tienen impecables. Muchísimas gracias a todos por hacer nuestra estancia tan maravillosa!!

Hôtel à fuir! Très bruyant , situé entre une route nationale très passante et une voie ferrée . Chambres très mal isolé , propreté médiocre . Accueil pas très souriant , aucune information pour les visites et activités de la ville. La salle de restaurant est très bruyante et pas très propre, la nourriture très bas de gamme. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, dejando aparte la habitual falta de insonorización en las habitaciones. Imposible dormir si te toca un vecino de los que les gusta la tv a tope (por si no queda claro, me refiero a los usuarios del inmserso con problemas de audición). La piscina tiene un problema grave y es que me comieron los mosquitos tigre. Por lo demás, sería un hotel para no repetir, principalmente por el precio. Por la cantidad cobrada me da que se puede conseguir hoteles mejores cerca. La decisión final la da la comida, para nada al nivel de lo cobrado. Decir que el personal se esfuerza, sobretodo en comedor, pero no compensa. Tardamos más de una hora en hacer el checking, creo que ya describe la situación.

Nous y sommes allés fin août en famille. Bon hôtel, avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons payé 1300€ pour une semaine pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants), nous en avons eu pour notre argent. Les plus: la situation de l'hôtel proche de la mer et du centre-ville, la piscine, l'équipe d'animation, le personnel, les équipements (2 billards, petite salle d'arcade pour les enfants, table de ping pong, petite structure pour les jeunes enfants), le buffet avec pas mal de choix (j'avais lu des commentaires qui disaient qu'il n'était vraiment pas bon, moi qui suis difficile j'ai toujours trouvé quelque chose à mon goût), la climatisation dans la chambre, la baignoire, le mini frigo, le fait de pouvoir manger le midi le dernier jour, des douches accessibles lorsqu'on a rendu la chambre le dernier jour, qui permettent de profiter de la plage/piscine avant de partir. Les plages sont belles, l'eau claire et il y a beaucoup d'activités nautiques. Clairement on peut passer la semaine sans prendre la voiture, c'est appréciable. Les moins: difficile de trouver une place de parking gratuite, mais les places payantes (6.4€/ jour) se libèrent facilement, les deux ascenseurs qui sont peu nombreux au regard du nombre de chambres, l'attente devant les escaliers et l'ascenseur pour dîner (plus de clients que de tables, même si le personnel est bien organisé et fait son maximum pour nous placer efficacement, il faut tout de même anticiper l'heure d'arriver pour échapper à l'heure de pointe), le nettoyage des chambres fait parfois un peu rapidement. Nous avions une chambre pour 4 (lit superposé pour les enfants) mais il n'y avait que deux chaises sur la terrasse c'est dommage. Il est clairement indiqué qu'il est interdit de réserver les transats, pourtant certains clients ne se gènent pas pour le faire. Nous avons même vu une personne déposer sa serviette la veille au soir devant le personnel pendant qu'il nettoyait la piscine, qui ne lui a rien dit. Le personnel parle essentiellement Espagnol et Anglais, mais font l'effort de parler français à ceux qui ne parlent pas espagnol. Au début de notre séjour nous avons eu des voisins bruyants, et nous avons pu profiter du son de leur télévision le matin... Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées, mais avec des voisins respectueux cela ne pose aucun problème. Peu de place pour ranger les affaires dans le placard. Les boissons ne sont pas incluses comme indiqué, mais il y a tout de même une fontaine à eau, ainsi que des jus (orange, ananas et pomme) le matin (pas très bons, mais ils ont l'honneur d'exister). La grande piscine a un petit endroit où on a pied, mais le reste est profond, pas forcément évident pour se baigner (les enfants non nageurs devront se contenter de la pataugeoire ou de l'espace devant les escaliers). Les animations sont divertissantes (les animateurs sont motivés), mais il y en a peu dans la journée (une à 11h30, puis une à 15h, et enfin le soir). Il faut dire qu'ils manquent d'espace po

Stayed here for 1 week end of August 2023- been home a day. Have to say was not impressed with my stay at all. Most probably best to bullet point why as follows: Positives Air con in the bedrooms Mini fridge in the bedroom to store own drinks Room was clean Cleaners came regularly Breakfast was nice- variety of pastries, full English, fruit, tea, juice etc. the dessert at dinner was nice. Negatives • On my third day I was informed by a member of staff and saw on arrival 90 students check in- some of these students were staying in the room next to mine. On the third night they played music full volume from the TV which was on the wall on my side at 11pm at night- I complained and the staff member informed me there had been other complaints already. The students then left at midnight and came back at 3 or 4am banging doors, knocking on other students doors, laughing, being genuinely loud with no consideration for anybody else. This happened again on the three other nights throughout my stay each time I complained and was informed teachers had been told and were dealing with it- this did not happen. At one point I was banging on the walls at 4am as they were clearly taking the piss. I asked to move rooms the day before I came home so I could at least get one decent night sleep due to an early flight and was told the hotel was full. Another member of staff with whom I complained to at 11.45pm told me he did not understand it and had noticed them all coming back drunk at 4am and agreed feeling that security should have been on sight with there being so many. It felt like a child’s playground. • The lifts took forever and when your on a higher floor you could be waiting a while to be able to get a lift to come up or a lift would come up that is full • the food in the evening was bland and not very child friendly for families with children who had a choice of cold chips or burnt sausages the majority of my stay. The bread at times was stale. I had chicken one night which when I sliced into was pink on the inside. The rice was cold, a lot of fish options which is good if you like fish which not all people do. • if you pay half board which I did you are given only tap water with your evening meal whereas the all inclusive members are given bottled water- the tap water came in jugs and was warm the majority of the time. I was informed when I asked for the water the all inclusive guests got that I can’t have it as it tastes different- I found this basic. Basic treatment for people who pay half board an expect to get at least a decent cold glass of water with their evening meal if not entitled to any other drinks like the all inclusive members. • you now get charged a tourist tax on arrival which I’ve never known before coming to this hotel • the entertainment was poor in the evening- it included 25 mins of the same nursery songs sang every evening for a lot of children who were over the age of 7- one night they played a game after this where p

Hotel is nice, clean staff are nice and helpful. Beds are comfy and rooms aren't too cramped for family of 4. Fridge in our room which is handy for water. Food and Drink... we went all inclusive to me it's a waste unless your going to live on cheese or ham n cheese toasties and pork burgers (it's not beef) and drink only san Miguel or vodka and sodas very little options majority of drinks has fee even if your all inclusive .... each day there's choice for all inclusive food the pool 1 snack 1 sweet 1 sandwich and choice of 2 hot food, basically popcorn or nuts a muffin or pastry ham n cheese toasties or cheese toasties and a burger or crepes. chips pizza nuggets etc are all extra. The buffet is not great if you've a fussy eater forget about it. Pasta and salad was OK fish and meat very oily and poor selection. No drinks wit dinner only water you'd want to bring them up from the bar with you. Ice creams by the pool are only for kids for 1 hour of the day with all inclusive , they are 2 to 4 euro each outside that. Pool is fabulous lots of sunbeds but cud do wit shades. Great location close to beach and shops and main ***** of restaurants not far. Don't waste your money wit all inclusive like we did it's very very basic and misleading. Entertainment is not great either a quiz or bingo done through an app on ur phone at 10/10.30pm when ur fit for bed if you've kids. It's a nice hotel but I wouldn't come back again.

Stayed here for 1 week in June 2023. Positives: - food was great Negatives- - entertainment wasn’t great - the snacks for all inclusive during the day were shocking, few sweets in a small dish. - drinks were absolutely atrocious, cocktails were pre mixed from a machine. Barely any alcohol in. - we complained during our initial stay twice, however the hotel didn’t record these complaints therefore when I complained to jet2 upon my return, they advised there was no record of these complaints which meant they would not proceed with our complaint as the first point of call should have been to the hotel (which is was!) Overall I would not recommend staying here!

Poor food .poor entertainment. Having landed in the middle of storm .we was wet through. We had to wait 3 hours for our room .we was satin a full and humid room .why fly us in early when you carnt have a room ?

Had a week all inclusive. Lovely staff, hotel clean and well kept. Close to beach & center. Rooms was of a good size but a little dated. If you travel with jet2holidays and want a pool view be prepared to pay an extra €12 per day otherwise you're auto booked into a room at back of hotel which overlooked road & greenery. Safe deposit box €3 a day plus €6 refundable deposit so €21 euros for a week, seems expensive. Food good, could be hotter, need more choice with the salad options but otherwise plenty of choice. Be early for tea which starts at 7.30 as it gets very busy & you may need to queue. Pool area very clean but there are No umbrellas/parasols with any of the sun loungers, no shaded areas which when it's very hot was not good. The only parasols are where the seating area is around the bar. For a family hotel this was not good. Bar service excellent but choice of drinks was poor for all inclusive and the cocktails are ready mixed.....not good quality. Food from the bar, burgers hotdogs chips etc was good and cooked well. Entertainment only really began the day we came home prior to that there was nothing during the day and only bingo or quiz of an evening but the young guy tried. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we would say this hotel is 3 star and is a good position- 5mins walk to beach, 10 min walk to town centre which was bustling and has a lovely square where small concerts bands etc are held. Train station is close by take your passport and buy a travel ticket €10 which gives you unlimited travel, great if you want to visit Barcelona, Tossa der Mar or anywhere else.

Management changed the all inclusive finishing time the week before we arrived so instead of 11.30pm it now finishes at 11pm, also they took off the Irish Cream from the drinks menu half way through our stay, we had to purchase our own Tabasco sauce as their Bloody Mary consists of Vodka and Tomatoe juice, although we were given salt and pepper, we have stayed here 4 times but unfortunately won’t be coming back , not sure how it can be classed as a 4 Star, cleaners and staff very friendly however the lady manager was very dismissive , entertainment was mediocre and children’s entertainment doesn’t start 9-9.30 then onto adult entertainment which finished at 11 Ideal location for beach and main town which is beautiful.
