Struttura splendida, ben curata e ben tenuta... Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento cat. superior...tutto perfetto a parte i materassi da cambiare (affossati in centro), le pulizie da rivedere (un pochino discutibili). Nonostante buttassimo sempre via noi le immondizie ed i mozziconi di sigarette, il tavolo esterno ed interno non sono mai stati puliti

Para empezar la limpieza no era muy buena,dejaron las colchas sucias,llenas de tierras y manchadas de un color marron,lo tapaban con el crubre edredón. Tanto mi colcha como la de mi pareja ambas estaban en el mismo estado.Después porque dejaron dentro del armario unas mantas azules sucias de tierra con mal olor. Decepcionante por esa parte,porque ahí es donde teníamos que descansar y que horror.Luego el tema de la labajilla,platos y cubiertos también sucios y se quedaba atascado el agua del fregadero. En el baño también olía muy mal el desagüe de la ducha y lavamanos,también comentar que las papeleras olían muy muy mal,se nota que no la limpian.Nos alojamos en el 128, desde 04/07 hasta 09/07/2024. Por lo demás bien,el apartamento muy bonito,acogedor,buen ambiente.Habia silencio,se podía descansar muy bien.La tele se veía en perfecto estado,el igual que los electrodomésticos funcionaban muy bien.Muy bonito detalle el dejarnos sobres de té,azúcar y café,todo bien pero es una pena muy grande el tema de la limpieza.

An amazing place to relax. Spotlessly clean and a lovely warm heated pool. Apartment was good. Everything you needed with oven, hob, fridge freezer etc and a lovely comfy bed. Sheets changed mid week and towels more often. Very central fir everything in ,Caletta We loved it and will probably go back again

My husband and I have just returned home after spending a wonderful week at villa florida. Our room 118 was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and comfy beds. The poom was lovely. Funny to watch people queuing up before 10 for sin loungers but we where beach people so wasn't an issue for is. The gent who runs the pool bar is not as unfriendly as people have made him out to be. He was a little dry but always had a bit of banter with my hubby. Already booked up for next year.

First time back since covid but what a pleasure to be there. Lovely complex spotlessly clean and well maintained. We had an apartment at the back (205) lovely large sunny balcony and very private. Quiet at nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful nothing to complain about

Location is spot on…close to everything. Apartment was nice,modern spacious….we stayed in 154 red square. pool area is nice clean and plenty of sun beds and the heated pool is a bonus. Now the negatives….avoid this place if you have kids as there is nothing to do. The miserable Italian man who owns and runs the pool bar is awful…i would have given this place a 5* review but for him.His drinks and food are very expensive and he really brings the place down with his bad attitude. we would definitely return as this is perfect for a little bit of winter sun.

I booked a Superior Apartment from Jan 30. - Feb 6. 24. After arriving one january 30, 24 around 4.30 PM I asked, whether there were parking places around for the rental car. The answer from the woman behind the desk was: what do you need a car for, everthing you may need ist in walking distance!!?? Getting to the apartment, I realised that the fotos from the advertisement were taken with all the lights on, and actually, you had to have the lights on during the whole day, otherwise you had the feeling of staying in a souterrain place. The apartment was located on the ground floor on an alleyway in a dark corner and the terrace had no sunshine at all - at no time of the day (#142). And every morning at 7 am, even on Sunday, some service personnel had a really loud 20 minutes chat, before they got their equipment out of a storage and finally left for there work elsewhere. Not what you expect from a superior room! Asking the same woman (no name tag), whether I could change to an other one, she only repeated -again and again- no there are no other rooms, we are fully booked. And if I wanted to have something special - hm, I only wanted something that matched the description from the advertisement -, I had to make a request beforehand. How do I do a request, when I don't know the place beforehand?! Asking, whether I could chance the room later on, the same stupid answers again. The woman was neither able nor willing to help, she only wanted to get rid of me and no longer be disturbed. Very annoying. Around #142, there were always guest moving in an out during my week's stay, but to find another room for me was obviously too much of an afford for this lazy woman. And there were - beside the private owned apartments - a lot of dark windows in the evening, but EVERYTHING was booked!? Completely different Daniela, always smiling, she managed to fix the problem with black fungi in the bathroom and a problem with the ceiling fan within two ours. But of course, after I unpacked my luggage, I didn't want to waste my vacation time with packing and moving anymore. I am pretty sure, that the woman without a name wouldn't have done anything. Too much effort! The apartment was recently renovated and clean, beside the black bathroom sealing (this was fixed the next morning), and the microwave was sticky and locate too hight, it is therefore a bit difficult, to get dishes or cups filled with something hot safely out of it. Decent colours, the furniture and kitchen equipment as expected, matching the description. Tiled floors, rather noisy from the room above, especially when chairs were moved. Bedroom window could not be left open during the night for fresh air (there are shutters for safety), because the very loud AC from the apartment beside was set almost just under it. Very friendly cleaning lady came every other day and asked, wether I needed something. The room was cleaned twice and the towels changed, when I was out, more was really not necessary fo

i do not recommend to plan to stay with this hotel. a family and friends holiday was booked in june 2023 for february 2024. in our booking there was a double bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apartment. Out of the 20+ people we were going with we was the first to book, even some of our family booked last month. 2 weeks before our holiday we were notified that our two rooms have been cancelled due to “technical difficulties.” None of our friends or families rooms have been cancelled even after booking months after we did. After hours on the phone speaking to the hotel staff they were unfriendly and not understanding about our situation. They even began to decline our phone calls after telling us they would try and sort something out. As this is in the school holidays it was very difficult to find anyway else to accommodate us, luckily we have found somewhere however it is not ideal for our situation. Do not book into this hotel in large groups as you may be cancelled without an acceptable reason.

We booked and upgraded our apartment and honestly couldn't fault it. Didn't queue for sunbeds but always got one, pool was lovely. Large fridge and freezer, everything we needed in kitchen. Right near lots or bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Caleta is our go to place for a week in the sun any time of year. We chose Villa Florida as we've never stayed before and treated ourselves to a superior apartment. It is in a really good spot in the town being on the main drag. Pros: Very nice, modern, well equipped accommodation with free aircon. Location, location, location. Pool was heated (to a point). Cons: Pool area is just too small for number of guests. Probably even worse in the summer when families with children are there. There wasn't enough sunbeds and we missed out a few days. It really bugs me when people leave towels on sunbeds then bugger off for hours before returning mid afternoon. Old farts gurning because you are using the sunbed they've used for the last three weeks. The maid service was very poor. A change of towels and for some reason half a dozen toilet rolls twice in our week. No cleaning, bed making etc. Anyway....if you're looking for a quiet week away off season it's grand. May be far too busy high season.

Avoid room 268!! There is a unit on the roof! Vibrates through the room constantly! Complained to reception, they told me it was something to do with the pool! On the roof!!! See picture! No sleep for 7 days, wouldn't move us+ vibrates thru the pillows! They don't care.... avoid room 268 and you will be fine

The two wonderful ladies were amazing at there jobs on reception but The barman at the pool bar was the most rude arrogant individual we've ever encountered on all our holidays The room was ok until the draw front fell off the bed broke (middle leg went and I had to replace it with 10 books from the library) smelly of methane every morning in the bathroom sink in bathroom took 10 minutes to drain sunbeds on the balcony full of hair and clumps of hair blowing around on the balcony like tumbleweeds I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all and such a shame as I said before the two reception ladies were wonderful Lifeguard was on her phone more than watching the pool and certainly not enough sunbeds to go round unless you queue from 9.30 until the pool opens at 10

PROS: location, friendly staff, heated pool, premium flats nice & clean, air con working well, good shower, cleaning done every other day with change of towels CONS: no privacy on terraces, only small number of sunlounges around pool & not all very comfortable, bar open on & off We're just back from a week at Villa Florida. We had a great time although we were very much disappointed in the flat we were given: in a corner, on the ground floor, sun morning only & with no privacy at all. Our terrace was in the middle of two other flats where basically you are all sitting together. We are not anti social at all but we enjoy just minding our own business without having to "share" with everyone. Our two neighbour flats were also heavy smokers and this really spoiled the morning coffees on the terrace (we can stand the smell later on but really not 1st thing in the morning). I went to reception and explained that the flat was great but the outdoor was very disappointing and was told to come back two days later as manager was off. Unfortunately still no other flats available two days later...I had emailed hotel twice to kindly ask for an upper/sunny terrace two months prior to our booking and then two weeks but unfortunately this did not happen... I am very much an outdoor person so I just ended up going for early morning walks and then swimming pool to enjoy the sun without the smell of cigarettes... so yes, we were some of the ones who queued to get a sunbed but we had our reasons..lol.. So perhaps something to keep in mind when you are booking if you are like us, wanting to enjoy your terrace with some privacy and not too close to everyone... I just thought I would add this here as no one mentioned this previously and for us it was a big disappointment and quite odd to be so close to our neighbours... Obviously we made the most of our holiday and reminded ourselves that our booking at VF was cheaper than our usual ones so really, you get what you pay for. Apart from the terrace issue (which seems to be on every ground floor flats) the place itself was great, we really enjoyed the long promenades, the proximity of the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. We also rented some electric scooters for a day and loved using them!
