Came for a business trip and enjoyed hiking near Banff. The neighbourhood is lush and green. The hotel butler was quick to reply and very attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free parking and great location: just a few minutes’ drive to shopping areas. A short walk to a local park for morning walks, and Banff is around an hour by car. I’ve stayed here many times. Metta is my go–to choice in Calgary.

The hosts provided towels, water, and even candies, which was a nice touch! The boiler (or temperature control system) was working quite loudly at times. Since we only stayed for one night during our trip, it was totally fine for us, but it's good to keep in mind for light sleepers.

I thought it was a suite but I shared bathroom with another room. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Many parking space on the street.

Very clean and easy to check in. Great location if travelling to banff
