Great place with a convenient location and a quiet environment. Awesome breakfast and friendly staff. Free parking and many more amenities such as sauna swimming pool and many more.

Great hotel for few days stay

Location is good, near airport. Service was ok. Limited choices if breakfast and very crowded.

Voyage familiale Québec-Calgary du 22 au 29 juillet. Lors de notre arrivée, il était très tard (23h30). Nous avions informé l’hôtel quelques journées d’avance en les appelant. Ils ont dit que rendu sur place nous devrions les téléphoner et qu’on s’organiserait. Rendu sur place l’hôtel nous dit que les navettes sont terminées et qu’on doit prendre un taxi. Heureusement ce n’est pas très loin. Le chauffeur est certain que l’hôtel paiera les frais, mais ce n’est pas le cas. Le check in s’est fait rapidement. Notre chambre était prête. Chambre 6627 magnifique et vraiment très propre. Petis détails notés: lavage de chambre aux 3 jours, mais on peut demander de le faire plus fréquemment. C’est très sec dans la chambre et la ventilation fait quand même un peu de bruit mais on a très bien dormi. Le lit est très confortable et le divan-lit est correct pour un adolescent probablement moins pour un adulte. Coin cuisine très apprécié. Il n’y a que 2 chaises pour la table. La chambre de bain est placée un peu bizarrement. Comptoir du côté de la chambre et toilette et douche derrière une porte sans rien pour mettre nos effets. Pas de ventilation à cet endroit. La piscine est très bien chauffée. Vérifier s’il y a des serviettes avant d’y entrer sinon aller au desk et ils en apporteront. La salle de lavage a été appréciée. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est hyper sympathique et avenant et l’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé. Stationnement assez grand et pratique. Note globale de 4,5 sur 5.

Room was great, not really happy with a staff member that called my cell during my stay to rudely ask why our room kept calling reception. I genuinely had no idea what she was talking about. I believe the phone just got knocked off the hook a little but she kept saying it was unacceptable for us to be calling over and over again which we were not. Then she said she would send a tech up to see why... waited for over an hour before I decided to just go to bed because no one ever came.

Arrived early morning and waited for hours to be able to check in which room was only available eventually after passed check in time .. and with one of the bathrooms (booked a two bedroom suite) totally unclean with piles of dust all over .. and later found a broken safety pin between bedsheet and quilt cover .. which was totally unacceptable… the matter was brought to attention to front desk staff right away .. she was really courteous but not too helpful to be frank .. demanded a proper apology from person in change but never even get a call in response.. will never stay here again !!!

Check in was terrible. At the start lady was saying that it might be a problem with fire code since there were 5 adults. I told her that I booked with ******* and since it is a 2 bedroom suite then 5 adults is allowed. I told her I needed 5 keys and yet she continued to just give me 2 keys. A few minutes after we checked in , I went to the fron desk to ask for an umbrella since it was raining, that same lady that checked us in asked me my last name,( not my room number) then she proceeded to say that she just checked me in and since there are 5 adults in the room , there is a $10 extra charge for the 3 adults. I told her again that I booked thru ******* and I am only paying what ******* quoted me.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very nice and very spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. The only down side was the air conditioner which was very noisy and came on intermittently which meant that we were alternately hot then cold in the room.
