the staff speaking very rude . they are misbehave and not treat properly . not like this property and not recomended

Good location

We had the most difficult time of our life in this hotel!!! Had a power outage at 1pm, called the staff that said he is not aware! But the whole building was shut down. Tried to ask for flash light ans we've been ask to go down!!! Like HOW??!!! We're in the 5th floor😅. Unbelievable people. We got 3 kids that's why it's very difficult moment! The night manager was very arrogant! The early morning we tried to complain, guess what!!! They ARE NOT SORRY FOR WHAT HAPPEN!!! They said power outage is not beyond their control! Well it's understandable but what is missing is the APATHY TO GUEST WITH KIDS... saying you need to go down from 5th floor ground to ask for something WAS VERY RUDE! They ending up sayong if apology is what you want, then ok HERES YOUR AORRY AND THANK YOU FOR COMING! Lime what?!!! And guess what 2 receptionist told us that! Very poor service! MANAGEMENT MUST BE RETRAINED!!! Review this people as they bought nightmare to us and the kids! Not coming back ever!!!

We did not realize the pool would be used for lessons. We booked this hotel specifically to use the pool and waterslide . We were asked to give room to those in lessons. It’s not a huge pool. They also left the pool door with the key lock propped open to allow for this, I checked with the front desk. Meaning anyone could enter who just walked in off the street. That feels unsafe. That part was disappointing. This is now something I will definitely check with hotels before booking in the future.

The seven day stay was the worst trip that I encountered. The lady that Check us in didn’t show welcoming gesture. She was just there to sign us in and give us door cards. As soon as we came in the room, we discovered that there were 2 sets if towels. And missing towels almost seems like a routine. There were couple of days that they didn’t make our beds, no cups ( plastic and coffee cups). As we were on a semi business trip, we were tired at the end of our day, we expect there is enough supplies in the room and we don’t have to follow up with them. We will not go back this hotel for sure.

We got there and the air conditioning didn't work and the room was facing west, so very hot facing the sun. Requested to get another room. They ssid they didn't have one. They gave us a noisy fan !!!! We had to drop off my sister at the airport at 11 pm and came back to no parking. We had to park in an overflow parking. I am not a complainer but was not impressed. We will never stay there again.

Had to wait for a room, asked for towels as soon as we arrived as we were only given 2 towels for 4 people. Never received the towels. There were never any towels in the pool area and when we asked for towels for the pool we were told there were no available towels in the hotel. Staff were rude and not at all helpful.

Nice room. Kids upstairs running and jumping off beds non stop. Called ahead and pool and hot tub were open (the ONLY reason for choosing this hotel) only to show up and see caution tape around the hot tub….CLOSED.
