Location is convenient for easy access to major roads. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was disappointing on day 1 (eggs were over cooked and dry, potatoes were under cooked) but rather good on day 2 (eggs were perfect, bacon was good, tator tots were excellent). Coffee was very good compared to the usual drip that hotels offer! Unfortunately the room was disappointing… it was super musty, and smelt like air freshener had been used to cover up a smell. Wallpaper and flooring showed water damage. Room was located next the pool, and had no window to the outside, No fresh air, no sunshine. Beds were uncomfortable, wife and I both woke up stiff. No extra pillows and blankets. Extremely small bathroom with a drippy shower. When it’s all said and done, the hotel is far from perfect, but considering the low price, I would say if I had a room not next to the pool, with an exterior window, I would be satisfied with the value this hotel offers. If In need of a cheap hotel, I would stay here again (just not next to pool).

worst best western hotel we have ever stayed in, not any where near the airport, our view (room 220) was a loud ventilator covered in Pidgeon droppings and the Pidgeon,s started to make noise at 04:00 am. Do not stay here

Overall 3 day stay was good! Had a few issues in our room when we first arrived,under the bed was filthy(beer cans,pop can,paper,just dirt)no lid on top of toilet,gum stuck on carpet upon entrance to our room,microwave had been used and never cleaned at all! Went directly to front office,staff took care of everything before we returned from our outing :) And of coursewas offered a discount on our room amount when we were checking out! Over all, friendly,comfy bed,breakfast had a great selection and yes, even given the issues we had that management took care of quickly...we would stay here again :)

The property is not really beautiful in any way, very concrete and lacks a desire to walk around based on the location. Check in was prompt after waiting 10 mins with a sign taped to the desk stating they'd be back soon. No problem there. We got to the room and started to unpack. The dual queen bed room is small btw. Went to the fridge to put our road snacks away and there were iteks left by previous guests in the fridge molding. The coffee pods were used but placed back in the rack and after looking around more the room appeared tidy but was dirty. My husband said we're leaving. When we went to the front desk he asked for a reversal as the room was x,y,z and before he was even finished stating the case the other desk attendant had the paperwork started. It didn't feel like it was their first rodeo with this type of feedback.

I stay 4 nights smeling shower gutter from room, My suitcase zipper was opened first 2 days I looked but without opening lock zipper was apart nothing was missing because we never left any valuables In it be careful!

Room faced onto pool with no outside window. Pool area very loud and had to call desk as it was past 10:00 and families were still in pool. Unable to sleep. However, staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.

I spent 2 nights at this location, and the room was not cleaned or refreshed on the second day. When I asked the front desk they said I had to put out a sign saying I wanted it cleaned. Nowhere was it mentioned previously that a sign needed to be displayed in order to clean the room, or refresh the towels. This also seems counter intuitive on how a hotel should operate. The hotel looked like it was poorly maintained as the door to my room didn't line up with the frame, wallpaper was peeling, bathroom door could not be opened all the way as it was blocked by the tiolet. This would be okay for a one night stay, but nothing longer.
