希爾頓歡朋套房酒店-卡爾加里西機場(Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport)

離市中心比預期的遠，但這是我的錯，我沒有事先檢查一下。儘管如此，我還是搭乘機場接駁車返回機場，然後從那裡我可以搭火車前往市中心。

Hotel was overpriced at $248 a night. our sink plugged and the fridge was not plugged in. had to move the big tv stand to get to plug in then the way the plugs were we couldn't plug in both tv and fridge. I should have complained at check out but didn't. Will not stay here again mainly because of price for what you get for a room.

Close to airport for rest before or after flights. Call hotel and shuttle comes in 15 min. AC could be a bit noisy, but did not use it due to cool weather. Cactus cafe 7 min walk for nice dinner.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We had to leave the hotel at mid night because of the worst staff experience. We were called around 12 saying we were extremely loud according to a complaint from the neighbours but we were in bed about to sleep. 5 mins later a guy dressed in all black shows up at our door and claims he hotel staff and he was sent to check on our room. And he said he’s been standing outside our door listening to our conversation and that according to him we were Extremely loud. We decide to leave right away as this had freaked us out as we were 4 girls in the room. We decided to leave and when we went to check out we had addressed the issue to the front desk agent “that a guy came to our door and told us he was standing and listen to our conversation and that had scared us and we had a very bad experiences. The guy came from behind the desk and started getting mad at us and said “JUST BECAUSE IT WAS ME YOU FELT SCARED IF IT WAS HER YOU WOULDN’T BE SCARED”. This experience was just the worst and I can’t not express how traumatic it was.

Nice hotel. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing! They should stock towels by how many people are registered in a room though. But it was quick and easy to get more.

This is a lovely hotel just off the main road. It's quiet and the staff is remarkable. They are friendly, accommodating and pleasant to be around. We will stay here again.

It was farther from the aiprort than we thought....15-20 minute drive. We didn't know you had to book the shuttle so we had to take a cab for over $30.00. The room was very noisy from the fridge and fan. I had to turn off the fridge in the middle of the night. We did get the shuttle in the morning and breakfast staff was lovely. There are barely any amenities near-by. We would not choose this property again.

The front desk staff @ check in was great and even helped print an important document we needed because their business centre was out of service; however the room was not very clean, carpet was full on lifting up in spots, bathroom shower head sprayed in all directions except down and soaked nearly the whole bathroom, mold on the tub and wall seams, wallpaper peeling in spots. When we brought our concerns to the front desk at check out the response was that they would “take it up with housekeeping”. Cleanliness wasn’t great but maintenance is an even bigger issue.
