Hotel 11, Mod A Sonesta Collection

The hotel itself was nice and is located close to the airport which was convenient for my purposes. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable and that was important to me as I only stayed there a handful of hours to catch some sleep before catching a delayed connection. The only thing I didn't like was that after using the taxi to get to the airport, which the front desk person kindly called, I was informed that I should have been given a voucher because the shuttle service at the hotel was down due to the cold and the vehicle they use not working properly, which I wasn't given. As such I paid for the taxi out of pocket ($15) which isn't a big deal but comes across as being a bit cheap. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the price was great on Trip.com and overall it was quite a pleasant stay and experience.

Location is near the airport but you have to book for pickup/drop off first. Services are just fine. They do provide shaver but not for free. This is quite surprising.

Hotel was decent Front desk worker came off very rude We stayed one night before we flew to Mexico for our wedding and one night after getting back from Mexico . Maybe she was just having a bad day each time we saw her over the week . If you don’t like dealing with people your in the wrong industry, anyways hotel is nice and fair price .

the ad on ******* didnt show the fee for leaving vehicle parked there. I looked over the entire site and compared to other ads that were up front about their charges to leave your vehicle while you were away on holidays and specifically chose this one as there was no fee. But when I got checked in they said there is a charge for long term parking, I understand the charge but feel it should have been on the reservation and the ad on exepdia should be correct. The hotel then told me if I had booked directly with them then the fee would have not been charged?!?!?!
