Hotel muy bien situado y seguro. Habitación muy ruidosa, poco aislada de la calle. Baño antiguo con bañera. Ausencia de amenities de baño. Y un problema grande: no había en todo en todo el hotel un enchufe para los modelos europeos. Y no lo avisan al check in. Entonces llegas en la noche y no puedes cargar tu teléfono. Suerte tener a Alejandro que me prestó el suyo. Desayuno escaso y siempre el mismo. El bar cierra pronto

我之前住過這家飯店，這次再次入住是因為之前的體驗非常棒。服務一流，房間非常乾淨，早餐也很美味，而且一如既往地保持著高水準。唯一略有遜色的是M Club酒廊的宵夜品質。壽司和一些小吃有點硬，幾乎不新鮮，我覺得種類可以更豐富一些。另一方面，雖然早餐很美味，但如果能提供更多選擇就更好了，例如增加煎餅和華夫餅。泳池區域也需要加強維護，例如重新粉刷牆壁和其他一些設施。按摩浴缸區域也可以更吸引人一些。總的來說，這是一家不錯的飯店，我希望下次入住時能看到一些改進。

現在所有房間都有客房送餐菜單，菜單上顯示當地礦泉水的價格是6000哥倫比亞比索。我點了兩瓶，送餐到房間後，帳單上的價格是20000哥倫比亞比索 + 送餐費2521哥倫比亞比索 + 10%小費1681哥倫比亞比索 = 24202哥倫比亞比索。菜單上的價格和帳單上的價格完全不一樣，令人無法接受。客房送餐菜單上根本沒有提到送餐要額外收費！這簡直難以置信！房間裡竟然沒有鞋油！牙膏、梳子和其他一些小件盥洗用品也沒有！

我滿懷期待地推薦了這家餐廳吃週日早午餐。結果卻不盡人意，因為價格相當昂貴。完全可以去其他餐廳。食物也只能說一般，尤其是糕點，品質很差。我本來就想去，但這次體驗實在令人失望。

Tanto para viajes de negocios como personales, Cali Marriott es constantemente el mejor hotel de Cali. En cada visita, recibimos un servicio personalizado excepcional de todo el personal y la gerencia. Excelente ubicación, a la vuelta de la esquina de un gran centro comercial de lujo. Toda la propiedad está impecable y el personal siempre está limpiando. Un lugar ideal para almuerzos, cenas o reuniones corporativas; hemos celebrado muchos eventos aquí. El equipo del salón ejecutivo es excelente, siempre amable y con mucha energía. Los chefs de los restaurantes del hotel (The Market y Tanoshii) sirven una gran variedad de platos deliciosos y están encantados de atender cualquier solicitud especial. El personal de recepción es uno de los mejores, el registro es rápido y amable, y el servicio de limpieza es excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente Cali Marriott. We spend over two to three months per year in hotels, so have a very good reference of quality. For business and personal travel, Cali Marriott is consistently the top hotel in Cali. Every time we receive outstanding personal service from the entire staff and management. Great secure location, located around the corner from large upscale shopping mall. The entire property is spotless, staff is always cleaning. A great venue for business lunches, dinners or corporate meetings, we've held many events here. The executive lounge team is superb, always friendly with high energy. Chefs at the hotel restaurants (The Market & Tanoshii) serve many delicious dishes, and are happy to accommodate any special requests. Front desk team is one of the best, quick and friendly check-in, and housekeeping does a wonderful job. Highly recommend Cali Marriott.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado en Granada, la zona gastronomica de la ciudad, tambien queda cerca a zonas de entretenimiento y turísticas como El Peñon, San Antonio y a varios centros comerciales. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda, las habitaciones son espaciosas, las camas son muy cómodas, el desayuno es muy variado y la comida del executive lounge es muy rica y variada, la vista desde las habitaciones y desde el lounge es increíble. Tal vez la unica recomendación es que incluyan opciones veganas en el lounge y para personas con alergias, lo demas estuvo perfecto, sin duda regresaría en mis próximas visitas a la hermosa Cali.

Excelente hotel! Todo el staff es increíblemente atento, las habitaciones y todo el hotel siempre está muy limpio y todo en excelentes condiciones. Las opciones de alimentos son excelentes al igual que el sushi y bar. Los desayunos son estupendos y muy completos. Todos los empleados del hotel son sumamente cordiales y atentos lo cual hace que los huéspedes pasen una estadía increíble.

Fuimos con un grupo de amigos a cenar y no lo logramos. Desde que entramos no fue posible que nadie nos atendiera, razón por la cual tuvimos que retirarnos, sin que nadie se percatara a pesar de que recorrimos todo el restaurante y estuvimos sentados más de 20 minutos en una mesa con el menú que un mesero muy grosero literalmente nos botó, después de lo cual desapareció. Espeto sirva nuestro comentario para mejorar pero para nosotros fue la primera y última vez.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia al viajar con mi pareja y mis dos hijos, nunca nos atendió un botones y como se pueden imaginar andamos con coche, maletas, pañalera etc … y el acceso del parqueadero es a la calle de la entrada - luego el lobby y nuevamente otro ascensor a la habitación … sin ningún tipo de ayuda !!! ahh y encontraron con una habitación con tapete (mis niños son alérgicos) y no tienen opción diferente - mal hecho ! Cabe destacar la comida - muy buena - las áreas sociales - no existen - una piscina muy muy pequeña - un gym diminuto y prácticamente no hay más zonas para estar con niños - Si vas de negocios - solo o en pareja podría recomendarlo - pero para FAMILIAS NO !

I did not get room upgrade for being Bonvoy Titanium. Excellent breakfast. I also enjoyed the executive lounge. Nice room with all amenities.

We booked an executive room with access to the executive lounge. The whole building could do with an upgrade. Whilst the room was big and well appointed, the decor was dated, there was a big crack in one of the windows and the shower had a shower curtain, not executive worthy. That being said, the bed was comfy and the shower was good. The executive lounge offered a huge variety of snacks, i would go as far as to say it was a buffet dinner! Only flaw was that on our last night it was not staffed in the evening and we had to contact reception a number of times before we could get a drink. Breakfast was big but very dissapointing. Vegetables were overcooked and fruit was over ripe. Clearly not a lot of love was put into this. The gym and sauna were great! Please be aware they don't charge you the 19% tax Colombians have to pay. Despite having made copies of our foreign passports, they charged us. After taking this up with the assistant manager, he said he would resolve it and send us confirmation by email, he never did. Luckily Karen at front desk saved the day and gave us confirmation on paper before we left. Special thanks to Karen for being such a great help!

Always impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Great location, great staff and amazing massages. Totally recommended this hotel for your vacation or business trip!

This Marriott is pretty much what you’d expect for the brand. It was quite pricey though compared to the other 5 star hotels in Cali. Double in most cases which was quite unusual. (Hundreds per day) Most guests including us used points, which were very low. If possible try to get a junior suite or higher and access to the great executive lounge and its wonderful staff. The food was different every day and quite varied. Valeria deserves special mention as she really stood out going well beyond the call of duty. Most of the staff were great everywhere. The negatives: - The sauna was not really working well during the whole 25 days that we were there. It just didn’t get hot enough to make anyone sweat. - the swimming pool is very small. Maybe 8 - 9 meters. Almost impossible to swim laps. - The pool is also quite cold as it’s not heated. That would have been nice. Management did give us a 30 minute complementary massage to make up for the sauna, which was a nice gesture. Howard S.

The hotel is probably the best in Cali. Everyone was friendly from check in to check out. The room was a huge suite the size of an apartment with two bathrooms and a large living room. The restaurant serves nice cocktails; however, service is spotty. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cali.
