Me gusto el loft, es amplio y con todas las comodidades Me parece que el aire acondicionado no es el adecuado: debe ser mas potente

The building is very beautiful and also the lofts a super roomy with great views. the down fall is the location. I was expecting a really quite time. instead you have the loft backing up to main roads. lots of noise specially from fast motorcycles. the pictures show you as potentially being embedded in nature, there no such a thing. if that property would be build far from the roads, absolutely but its not. I paid the same as paid for an Airbnb in Barcelona in 2023, and given the lack of hospitality from the entire staff but Alejandra(she was great) I'll never recommend this place as a hotel. it has the feeling of a rental building where the reception feels obligated but not happy that you are there (the way it supposed to be. Again, great building, clean, beautiful landscape but is super noisy due to the roads and the entire staff need to go to Hospitality College, that is by the way mandatory in Mexico and in Dominican, and you honestly feel the difference.

Internet was great. WE were not able to use the kitchen.

The staff at AcquaSanta is as phenomenal as the property itself! Thank you to everyone there!! The minute I walked in I knew this was going to a great experience. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable!

Every time I visit Cali, Colombia, I always choose to stay at the Acquasanta Lofts Hotel. It is a wonderful place with a modern feel. The rooms are very clean, which makes my stay comfortable. The staff at the hotel is always kind and professional, making me feel welcome every time I arrive. I love the atmosphere there, and it feels like a home away from home. That's why I keep coming back to this lovely hotel for my trips.

The staff are all wonderful, the lofts are giant and the beds are great. This is the only hotel I will ever stay at when in Ciudad Jardín in Cali Colombia!
