信天翁公寓(Albatros Apartments by Malibu)

Alors, le seul avantage c'est l'emplacement. Je ne suis pas satisfait du reste. Service d'accueil ouvre a partir du 16h jusqu'à pas tard donc de mon expérience, j'ai prévenu comme quoi j'allais arriver un peu plus tôt, on m'avait dit sans problème. À mon arrivée, il y avait personne, donc j'ai du attendre plusieurs heures devant. Une fois ouvert , l'agent d'accueil à osé me mentir dans les yeux et me dire qu'il était présent .. La piscine s'ouvre à partir de 10h jusqu'à 18h, donc si vous récupérez vos clefs à 16h .... Je vous laisse faire le calcule. La cafétéria qui se trouve à l'intérieur est indépendante de l'hôtel, donc la moitié du temps fermée. Sinon trop cher pour ce que c'est et cu pas terrible.

13/18th May 2024.. Absolutely beautiful view overlooking the sea, balcony and rooms were Immaculately clean ... bottle of wine, coffee and water on arrival. Martin and staff were very helpful and courteous.. lift is available .. the pool even has a disability hoist .. great for wheelchair users .. The only problem we had was the transfer bus drops off at the top of the road.. tui are trying to get a licence for a stop outside the apar**ents.. we had offers of a lift to bus stop by Martin .. For people that want a peaceful and calming holiday this is for you .. the hustle and bustle is just a bus ride away if you want to do a bit more shopping /nightlife ... fabulous ... Will definitely book again

The apar**ent was absolutely amazing totally brand new clean fresh and airy, ceiling light with built in fans so no extra cost for AC, everything you need for a self catering holiday, large fridge freezer holds plenty of drink bottles aswel as food, welcome water and wine waiting your arrival which was a nice touch, staff very friendly and helpful we were also allowed to keep the room until our coach pick up to airport at no extra cost this has never been something I've come across before, I would recommend this place anytime well done Martin and staff *****

first time abroad and this hotel was amazing, the staff was so nice and welcoming, had a sea view apar**ent which was great, the pool was so clean and cooling. just think you could do with a draining board as when washing to pots no where to put them

Brilliant! Obviously the bottle of wine waiting for us helped! But our apar**ent is spacious, right near the lift because I asked for one either downstairs or accessible. Very clean, lovely balcony with a great sea view. Great communication with the hotel and lovely staff. Can’t fault it at all.

Just spent a week holidaying here with my partner. Beautiful, peaceful place. Martin couldn't do enough for us. So friendly and helpful, as were the other staff. The apar**ent was lovely. Everything was brand new and there was even a complimentary bottle of wine in the room when we arrived. We would thoroughly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing holiday. Just back from a couples long weekend break. Arrived late at night and was met by one of the owners (family run I believe). He kindly took us to our room where there was a complimentary bottle of wine and water. The apartment is fantastic, newly renovated, really spacious and the little extra for a sea view was worth it. The balcony is huge with table and chairs. It got the sun late afternoon, I'd personally have loved a lounger on it. Loads of hanging space for clothes and TV has Netflix options etc. TUI website says there is an iron but we couldn't find one. The whole complex is gorgeous and immaculate. The pool is great, you get a decent swim due to the shape. Really quiet and relaxing which we personally found perfect. There is a bit of work still going on but there was little noise. There is going to be a roof bar and sunbathing area, a restaurant and a clothes shop. There is a supermarket underneath which you get a discount at. As its only just reopened it wasn't busy so the owners allowed us to keep our room on till 6pm free of charge which was really appreciated, although once it's busy this obviously may not be an option for them. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again, really close to all shops, restaurants and bars and the beach. And you can walk along the coast in playa paradise. Buses run into Los Christianos if you want to go further but we were surprised with how much was available in callao salvaje (we usually stay in las americas). I would defo recommend this as a place to stay.
