We stopped by for 1 night because we were on a road trip. The hotel was very clean rooms as well. Front desk staff was very friendly. Price was reasonable with free breakfast. Thank you Holiday Inn!

Our first room has a TV which was not working correctly. A front desk person came up right away to try to fix it. When he couldn’t he told us he was putting us into a different room and returned with new keys for us- very impressed with his service. Our new room was newer and much cleaner.

Bathroom need cleaning and caulking. Front desk person often hidden somewhere behind. What ever happened to bells 🔔 Staff friendly when they do arrive.

This hotel was so nice to stay at. I thought it might be noisy with having a truck stop near by but it was not. Will stay again

We arrived at midnight and the check in clerk was so nice and friendly. Property is clean and rooms are really nice. Bed is really comfortable and I like the blinds. Breakfast was awesome and there was a wide variety to choose from. Great stay.

It’s a very clean environment and staff are very friendly. Love the fact that we are surrounded by gas stations if needed along with other stores

Holiday Inn Kingdom City has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean updated facility, and amenities to make it a very relaxing enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Do not stay at this property if you need an internet connection. They had to try three different rooms before they could find a room where I had internet connection. The front desk clerk told me that they had problems in several rooms not having Internet.
