巴里萊湖民宿

Ciao a tutti da "Il Viaggitore" Siamo stati nella struttura i primi di settembre........ Una delusione completa, abbiamo preso una quadrupla E invece abbiamo trovato una camera da letto con un letto appena accettabile, gli altri letti si trovavano in cucina, uno era un divano sgangherato mentre l'altro era una brandina con una sottilette per materasso. Passiamo al bagno..........,.un cunicolo con la tazza attaccata alla doccia, complicatissimo per sino fare la c.a.c.c.a. Una doccia piccolisimisimisimima, fare la doccia una sfida. Per ascensore un montacarichi degli anni 50 "una trappola" Ma la cosa peggiore il punto... il parcheggio un' impresa almeno ad un km di distanza. Ma siccome non c'è mai fine al peggio, di fronte c'è un bar sala giochi da far paura, nulla togliendo, stranieri ubriachi, montagne di birra e parole raffinate. Mai più.......

It was negative experience I never had before. By Whatsapp I informed the proprietor about the time and train of my arrival to Caltanissetta and received his confirmation. But when I found the property there was nobody and nobody responded my calls for 2 hours. It was strong rain and I asked the staff of Palazzo Communale to arrange for me another lodging and was directed to other B&B only for 1 night (In Largo Barile I had 3 nights full payed). When I was already in the new B&B suddenly I received a call from Largo Barile and had no choice to return there. But I have already paied 1 night in the other B&B 35 euro and they refused to cancel the booking and return my payment becose the case was authorised in questura. A man who provided me with keys said that have nothing with the proprietor and know nothing. By Whatsapp I asked the proprietor to return me 35 euro and sent him the receipt. For all 2 days I was in the property I had no reply and did not see nobody of the staff. The AC in fact did not work, the breakfast included in my booking was not provided. In the room there were moskitos. Now I try to return my money by my booking agency. Avoid the place.
