Overall good and would stay here again. Not really anything near buy but there is a gas station. Breakfast was good and to the point for a complimentary breakfast

Beautiful Hotel. Super clean & new looking. Modern furnishings with a cute little store inside. Restaurant right next door (200 ft). Good parking. Breakfast had good eggs, but only meat was in a breakfast muffin with cheese and dry egg. Waffles were toaster, not the kind you can make fresh. Has Oatmeal, cereal, breads.

Nice enough hotel, marred by cheap owners. This is a suburban hotel, but charges $10 a day for parking. I get it's a trick to seem like the hotel is cheaper than it is, but for such a location it's a bad move. Shamefully, the hotel charges $7.50 for a 16oz bottle of water in their lobby market. That is just pathetic, and reflects poorly on the management. Thankfully, there is a 7/11 two buildings down, so you don't need to be ripped off by the managers. More of a silly note, but I've also never seen such a poor closet design. The way the door is set up, it is literally impossible to close the bathroom door while using the coat hangers..

The a/c unit had mold on the vents, the room was very humid/moist. The shower leaked water all over the floor. There were questionable stains on one of the pillows. The room itself looked nice overall. The customer service was excellent. I would probably stay again, but be more vocal about the room next time. This was just a quick overnight with just needing to put our head down to sleep somewhere. But for a Marriott, I expect better cleanliness.

We liked the updated rooms and cleanliness of the hotel, but weren't happy with the parking situation, especially since there was an entrance door near our room that we couldn't use because it was blocked off, so we had to walk all the way through the hotel to the front or door at the opposite end of the building just to get to or from our room to our car.

Il est dommage que l'accueil soit si froid et que le personnel ne connaisse pas son hôtel pour attribuer une chambre : il a fallu que nous nous y reprenions à 3 fois pour obtenir une chambre qui donne pas sur l'autoroute ! Chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre. Les portes sont très difficiles à ouvrir et fermer, cela entraîne du bruit pour les voisins. Le paiement du parking (10 dollars) est totalement injustifié compte tenu de l'espace disponible et de l'emplacement à l'écart de la ville. Bon petit déjeuner mais seulement jusqu'à 9h30.

The property was fine but the customer service killed anything positive i have to say. My reservation was changed fun a King room to a two queen run without any notice to me. At check in they could not offer any explanation, apology or attempt to rectify the situation. All i heard repeatedly was...i don't know. I guess i didn't matter enough!!

When a hotel fails to meet basic standards, this ultimately is due to poor management and ownership. This is an industrywide problem of hotels having no problem charging around $200 per night but while having dirt poor maintenance, cleaning of rooms, breakfast, cleaning of pet poo in the parking lot, etc etc etc...pets have no place in a clean hotel environment, they are filthy and the same applies to the hotel owners.
