Hôtel récent construit à côté du centre commercial Robinson. Lobby splendide et accueil chaleureux de la part du personnel Les procédures de check in et Check out se sont déroulées très facilement Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et proposent une belle vue dégagée Le restaurant possède une carte variée et de bons plats faits maison Concernant les points négatifs à améliorer : - problèmes de service au restaurant (plats qui arrivent froid ou tiède) - présence des quelques fourmis au petit déjeuner sur les condiments - petite piscine agréable mais non surveillée (présence de nombreux enfants qui crient perturbant la tranquillité du lieu) - travaux dans la chambre du dessous à 7h du matin, pas digne pour un hôtel de cette qualité - hotel légèrement excentré Malgré ces défauts relevés, l’hôtel reste probablement un des meilleurs de la ville et j’y retournerais avec plaisir

Summit Hotel in Naga, Bicol exceeded our expectations. First up is the convenient location. Request for a room in the second floor to have quick access to the mall, Robinsons Place. Our room was to our liking, including the reliable internet connection, No complaints. Book a room with breakfast, which is one of the highlights in our visit. Food selection was superb, not too fancy but filling. Very friendly and accommodating staff, from the front desk to the cafe staff, housekeeping team, and guard on duty. Ample basement parking, too.

I've tried several hotels in Naga and this one by far is the best. The food is great and I spoke to the chef who was very accomodating. They can cater to different food requirements so long as you tell them in advance. The rooms as well were really nice and clean. Lastly, it is just beside the mall. So if you fancy eating something different and would like to try some local food, go to the mall.

We loved this hotel so much last year that we stayed here again this year. The hotels rooms are very comfortable and in a clean and good condition. The breakfast buffet is a treat for the price and the items in the selection are great. Their customer service is the best ! They were very attentive to our needs and promptly addressed any issues that came up. We would like to commend Ms. Esperanza (Bem) for her outstanding professionalism, courtesy, help and overall management of the hotel. A special mention as well as to Jelly (housekeeping), Ms. Marianne and all the rest of the restaurant, security and other staff their help and service. We stated this last year and once again have no hesitation in stating (this year as well) that this is the "Best" hotel in Naga ! Thank you Ms. Bem & staff !

The hotel's ambiance is very warmth. The staffs are very welcoming and caring to the customers, if you want to feel special and comfortable you must visit this hotel :))) We attended the graduation and the staffs are very friendly and very respectful especially Ms. Jessa, Ms. Angelina, Ms. Lyka, Mr. Bryan, Mr. Mark who served us good food and bust it out with a smile. Summit is very lucky to have them.
